The Weeknd is hitting the stage for the 2021 Billboard Music Awards!

Billboard has announced that the 31-year-old After Hours superstar will be performing at the show on Monday (May 10).

Ariana Grande and The Weeknd are celebrating their new remix, “Save Your Tears”!

The remixed track, which was originally released on his After Hours album, hit number 1 on Billboard’s Hot 100 songs chart.

The song marks the sixth Hot 100 No. 1 each for The Weeknd and Ariana.

“thank you so much @billboard, @theweeknd and to everybody listening and showing so much love 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍💧💧💧💧💧💧💧!!!!!!” Ariana tweeted in celebration. “honored and so grateful.”

The Weeknd also reacted to the news by sharing a tweet to his Instagram feed, which showed his number one records from 2019 to now.

Over the weekend, the trustees of the Recording Academy voted Friday (April 30) to disband nominations review committees and let Grammy voters have the final say in all non-craft categories.

The decision came after The Weeknd criticized The Grammys earlier this year, after his album, After Hours, failed to secure any nominations.

The secret committees, for years, had determined who the nominees would be for major categories.

The Recording Academy added that the categories would now be “determined by a majority, peer-to-peer vote of voting members of the Recording Academy.”

However, The Weeknd is still boycotting the show.

The Weeknd and Ariana Grande are teaming up once again!

The 31-year-old entertainer and the 27-year-old popstar just released the remix for his hit song “Save Your Tears.”

“So, I made you think that I would always stay / I said some things that I should never say,” Ariana adds to the song. “Yeah, I broke your heart like someone did to mine / And now you won’t love me for a second time.”

Along with the remix, they also released an animated music video, which features The Weeknd building an Ariana robot in a lab.

The song is off of The Weeknd‘s latest album, After Hours, which was released in March 2020.

This isn’t Ariana and The Weeknd’s first collaboration together. In fact, they previously teamed up on “Love Me Harder”, which is from Ari‘s 2014 album, My Everything.

Ariana Grande will be teaming back up with The Weeknd on a new collaboration.

Both of the musicians shared a snippet of the song they were working on together on Instagram.

“📶☁️💧@theweeknd,” Ariana captioned her post, and fans quickly put two and two together and figured out they are releasing a “Save Your Tears” remix.

The song is off of The Weeknd‘s latest album, After Hours.

This isn’t Ariana and The Weeknd’s first collaboration together. In fact, they previously teamed up on “Love Me Harder”, which is from Ari‘s 2014 album, My Everything.

The “Save Your Tears” remix is expected to be dropped this week on Friday, April 23.

Madonna just purchased a new home in the Los Angeles area and the previous owner was The Weeknd!

The 62-year-old “Like a Virgin” singer paid $19.3 million for the Hidden Hills mansion, which features 12,547 square feet of living space.

The mansion has nine bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. The main house features seven of the bedrooms while the other two bedrooms are in a guest house.

Among the amenities inside the home are an incredible walk-in wine room with LED lighting, a gourmet kitchen with two islands, a gym, a media lounge, a five-car garage, a basketball court, and more.

Some of Madonna‘s new neighbors include Drake, Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union, Lil Wayne, John Stamos, Lori Loughlin, and some of the Kardashian-Jenner family members.

Madonna was represented by Trevor Wright at The Beverly Hills Estates.

Drake was spotted on a night out with some very famous friends this week!

The 34-year-old rapper, who was seen with a heart shaved into his hair, stepped out to celebrate his friend Belly‘s birthday on Wednesday (April 7) at The Highlight Room in Los Angeles.

Some other stars who were in attendance included The Weeknd, Chris Brown, French Montana, and others.

Belly opened up to Billboard about celebrating his birthday after health battles recently.

“For a long time, I was kinda just down in the dumps and in a dark place,” Belly said. “37 is special. It signifies how long I’ve been able to be in this game. [I've] been blessed to stay in this thing, do what I love for so long, and support families in the process. It’s just a blessing to be back.”
