The 40-year-old actress and dancer just bought a new home in the Encino neighborhood of Los Angeles with fiance, Tony-winning actor Steve Kazee.

The home was built in 2018 and has 7,240 square feet, including a guesthouse. The home was sold to Jenna for $4.7 million and some of her new neighbors will include Meghan Trainor and Real Housewives star Dorit Kemsley, according to Dirt.com.

Inside the home are an eat-in kitchen with two center islands, a private office that could be turned into a fifth bedroom, a movie theater with seating for seven, multiple fire places, a negative-edge swimming pool, and a poolhouse with a bathroom and room for a bed. There’s even a putting green outside!

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson just purchased an incredible mansion in Beverly Hills and we have all the photos from inside the home!

The 48-year-old actor, who recently has spoken about a possible presidential run, spent $27.8 million to purchase an estate in the Beverly Park neighborhood in the mountains above Beverly Hills.

The compound, which is located in a gated community, has a total of 17,630 square feet of living space, including a detached 2,500-square-foot guest house.

The home has six bedrooms, 11.5 bathrooms, and some awesome amenities like a full gym, a tennis court, a baseball diamond, a movie theater, a music studio, an elevator, and both indoor and outdoor pools.

The Rock bought the house from Mad About You and Stranger Things actor Paul Reiser. The home was originally built in 1993 by rocker Alex Van Halen.

Bella Hadid is moving on from her New York City apartment and it was just reported that the pad sold for the $6.5 million asking price.

The SoHo penthouse apartment is 2,569 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It’s located in a six-story building that features 14 residential units. The building has a rooftop terrace for all tenants to use, but Bella‘s apartment has its own private rooftop balcony.

Bella purchased the apartment in June 2020 for $6.1 million and it was newly renovated before she moved in. The apartment’s great room features a living room, a dining area, a kitchen, and a home office. Under the staircase to the balcony, there is a wine room with space for 100 bottles of wine.

The listing was held by Ryan Serhant, who is known for starring in the Bravo shows Million Dollar Listing: New York and Sell It Like Serhant.

The apartment sold after being on the market for just one week, according to Page Six.

Madonna just purchased a new home in the Los Angeles area and the previous owner was The Weeknd!

The 62-year-old “Like a Virgin” singer paid $19.3 million for the Hidden Hills mansion, which features 12,547 square feet of living space.

The mansion has nine bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. The main house features seven of the bedrooms while the other two bedrooms are in a guest house.

Among the amenities inside the home are an incredible walk-in wine room with LED lighting, a gourmet kitchen with two islands, a gym, a media lounge, a five-car garage, a basketball court, and more.

Some of Madonna‘s new neighbors include Drake, Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union, Lil Wayne, John Stamos, Lori Loughlin, and some of the Kardashian-Jenner family members.

Madonna was represented by Trevor Wright at The Beverly Hills Estates.

Ellen DeGeneres is moving on!

The 63-year-old comedian and talk show host has officially sold her Beverly Hills home for $47 million after putting it on the market for $53.5 million.

Ellen bought the home from Maroon 5 singer Adam Levine in 2019 for $45 million.

The house features 10,376 square feet of living space with five bedrooms and nine bathrooms, as well as a 50-foot living room, a formal dining room with a bar, 2 gourmet kitchens, a family and media room, a gym and a guest house.

The home also comes with some incredible amenities, such as a pool, a spa, a wine cellar, a tennis court, a golf putting green, and an outdoor grill and pizza oven.

Ellen recently made a multi-year deal with the Discovery network, where she’ll be taking on a totally new project.

Pete Davidson recently revealed that he has moved out of his mom’s house and into a new apartment… and now we have photos from inside his new home!

The 27-year-old Saturday Night Live actor purchased a $1.2 million luxury condo in a high-rise building on Staten Island. The apartment features two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, as well as panoramic views of Manhattan, according to Page Six.

“I just moved out of my mom’s house,” Pete told his fans during a Zoom call this past week. “I’m fully out. I got a pad.”

Pete‘s new apartment features a redesigned kitchen, a private terrace, and a master suite with a Jacuzzi tub.

The 35-year-old actress has officially sold her Los Feliz home for $5.78 million after purchasing it for $4.1 million she paid in 2019.
