Gene Simmons‘ wife Shannon Tweed is making an investment.

The 64-year-old actress and wife of the 71-year-old KISS rocker paid $5.8 million for a mountaintop house in Malibu, Calif., Dirt reported Tuesday (March 23).

The 3,700-square-foot, 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom house was built in 1975 on a 2.45-acre hilltop lot and last sold in 2014 for $1.9 million to Wolfgang Buehler, a California based investor. He then remodeled the impressive space including walls of glass offering 360-degree views of the mountains and sea, and an all-new pool with a spa.

The upstairs master bedroom has its own private balcony with panoramic views, and the gourmet kitchen has a large central island and top-of-the-line appliances and marble countertops.

In a press release, the couple confirmed that the purchase is a personal investment, purchased by Shannon with her own money, and they are actually selling their Beverly Hills home and relocating fulltime to the state of Nevada.

“We have been exploring our primary residence options outside of California for a couple of years. We considered various properties in various states but ultimately decided that Nevada is a better choice for us. We are at a place in our lives where a big city lifestyle is just not our thing anymore,” Gene said.

Rihanna found a new home!

The 33-year-old Anti superstar and mogul just paid $13.8 million for a mansion in Beverly Hills, Calif., via Dirt on Tuesday (March 16).

Residents on the street include her “FourFiveSeconds” collaborator Sir Paul McCartney, as well as an estate recently rented by Madonna during the pandemic.

Here’s more about the home’s history, via Dirt: “Originally built in the 1930s, the Rihanna estate was formerly owned by Mary Sheldon, the daughter of I Dream of Jeanie creator Sidney Sheldon. In 2016, Sheldon sold the dated house for $4.3 million to entrepreneur and investor Daniel Starr, whose acquisition of the property was chronicled on Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing. Starr subsequently spent millions to demolish and rebuild nearly every inch of the house (and he would later sue his contractors for those millions, alleging fraud and shoddy workmanship.) Last year, the property was put up for sale, asking $15 million. The transfer to Rihanna appears to have gone down off-market, but the ‘Umbrella’ empress forked over $13.8 million for the premises, according to tax records.”

The 7,600-square-foot mansion features a giant black bull sculpture, an open-air central courtyard with an al fresco terrace, pool, spa, and firepit.

This is far from Rihanna‘s only abode: she has at least four other multimillion-dollar houses, including one in the Hollywood Hills, a vacation getaway in Barbados, and a condo in Los Angeles. Her main residence is in Century City’s “The Century” skyscraper.

Tom Cruise is the owner of an incredible estate in Telluride, Colorado, but he has decided to drop it from his real estate portfolio.

The 58-year-old actor is selling his home for $39.5 million. The home sits on a 320-acre plot of land and it features 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms across 11,512 square-feet of interior living space.

The listing with Sotheby’s International Realty says that the home was “custom-built for privacy, where unspoiled natural beauty, sweeping mountain vistas and outdoor recreation abound.”

Some of the amenities inside the home include two fireplaces, a fitness center, a recreational area, a terrace, and outdoor space. There’s a three-car garage and the home is located just minutes from downtown Telluride, where there is world-class skiing and golf.

The 39-year-old tennis superstar has listed the home she shares with husband Alexis Ohanian and their daughter, Olympia, for $7.5 million.

The house is nearly 6,000 square feet with five bedrooms and five full and two-half bathrooms.

There are high-tech features and designer finishes throughout the dwelling, including a comprehensive home automation system and three custom plaster fireplaces. There is also a semi-subterranean lower level which was designed as an entertaining space with a spacious lounge and snazzy black marble wet bar.

Jeffrey Epstein‘s New York mansion has been sold.

The late convicted sex offender’s NYC mansion sold for approximately $51 million to an undisclosed buyer earlier in the week, an attorney for the estate told CNN.

The seven-story mansion is one of New York City’s largest private residences, and features 28,000 square feet of living space, according to a report from the Los Angeles Times.

Proceeds from the sale will be transferred to the Epstein Victims’ Compensation Program to help support new claims. The head of the program said that they would temporarily suspend new offers of compensation until receiving more funding, according to People.

The townhouse was first commissioned by Herbert Straus, whose parents co-owned the Macy’s department store chain.

Pamela Anderson has decided to leave Malibu and she’s selling her incredibly home for $14.9 million!

The 53-year-old former Baywatch actress owns a 4-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom mansion in Malibu Colony, but she decided she wants to live on her grandmother’s former property in Canada with her new husband Dan Hayhurst.

“It’s time I went back to my roots. I’m in love and recently married my ‘average Joe’ (as he likes to call himself),” Pamela told People.
