Freida Pinto is all smiles in a floral dress while attending the unveiling of the Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Institute at The University Of Texas on Wednesday (September 24) in Austin, Texas.

The 34-year-old actress was joined at the event by CEO and founder Kendra Scott, Bachelorette star Rachel Lindsay and Maurie McInnis, executive vice president and provost at the University of Texas at Austin.

Kendra and The University of Texas at Austin have established a new female leadership program at the university, which will open to all students in Spring 2020 – the program is uniquely built to address the challenges women often face in business.

“Together with The University of Texas, we are creating a program focused on redefining leadership and entrepreneurship through a gender-enlightened lens,” Kendra Scott said in a statement. “With this institute, we want to create a pipeline of courageous, creative female leaders who will shatter stereotypes of what an entrepreneur should look like, and will challenge the rulebooks that have governed the business world for generations.”

Former Bachelorette Rachel Lindsay is “bored” watching people who look like Peter Weber on The Bachelor, and thinks it should have been Mike Johnson who was chosen instead.

“I think Peter seems like a very nice guy. He seems lovely. This is absolutely nothing against him, but how many Peters have we seen before? What season are we on? 24. So, we’ve seen 24 Peters,” Rachel told ET. “I’m bored. And it’s nothing personal against him.”

“For the first time, I was very confident that we were going to see our first black Bachelor,” Rachel continued. “And so if no one else is going to speak on it, then I guess it’s my duty to say it.”

“I want to be hopeful, but when you have a contestant like Mike Johnson, who seems to check all the boxes, how is he not the Bachelor? I don’t understand,” Rachel continued. “I’m sure they have some reason for not picking him, and I’m going to trust in that, but at the same time, the system isn’t working in giving us a Bachelor who is a person of color. So we need to change the system. Something has to be done. Break the rules, step outside the box, give the people what they want!”

“The Bachelor is in charge of saying what they’re interested in and what they’re not. Some people don’t know that — they do ask you,” she continued. “You’ve seen some of the girls that Peter’s dated. It came out before, his girlfriend was in the news from the past, before Hannah. So, you know what his type is at this point. And so, I expect girls to look more like Hannah than they do like me or someone else of color.”

Rachel Lindsay and Bryan Abasolo are officially husband and wife!

The 34-year-old The Bachelorette star and the 39-year-old Miami-based chiropractor married on Saturday afternoon (August 24) at the Royalton Suites Cancún in Mexico.

“Rachel was the epitome of elegance and grace as she walked down the aisle towards Bryan. The ceremony was filled with so much joy, love and laughter,” wedding planner Michael Russo told People. “As they exchanged their personal handwritten vows, you could feel the unbridled emotion and powerful connection between them.”

Bachelor alums at the wedding included Kristina Schulman, Astrid Loch, and Bibiana Julian.

Bryan proposed to Rachel during her season of The Bachelorette back in 2017.

Former Bachelorette Rachel Lindsay is dishing about her fantasy suite experience and revealing that she had sex with two out of her three finalists.

The 34-year-old Bachelor Nation star made an appearance on Access Hollywood’s new digital original, Golf Cart Confessions when she made the confession.

“You know what I can confess? People are always like, ‘We’re you intimate with everyone in the Fantasy Suites?,” Rachel said, before adding, “Two out of the three. I have never said that before!”

“I am not going to tell you which two out of the three (Bryan Abasolo, Peter Kraus or Eric Bigger). But [winner and current fiance] Bryan knows this … I was very honest with Bryan. But he knows, I was very honest in the beginning, and we weren’t together technically…right?” she added.

Twelve of the former Bachelorette stars are gathering for a special, set to air later this evening on ABC!

The show – titled The Bachelorette Reunion: The Biggest Bachelorette Reunion in Bachelor History Ever – will reunite the past stars and reflect on their seasons. The show will also look ahead to Hannah Brown’s upcoming season, which will kick off next Monday.

Two Bachelorette ladies – Meredith Phillips (season two) and Jen Schefft (season three) – were unable to make it to film the special.

Rachel Lindsay, one of the former Bachelorettes, is not rooting for any of the current contestants to take on the role!

Usually, a contestant from the current season of The Bachelor could be chosen to become the next Bachelorette. Rachel doesn’t want any of Colton Underwood‘s contestants to be chosen!

“I don’t think it should be anybody from this season,” Rachel told Us Weekly. “There’s just so much cattiness going on. You don’t know who to believe, you don’t know what’s true. I don’t trust any of them!”

Rachel is rooting for one of her friends, Bachelor Nation’s Danielle Maltby and Kristina Schulman, to be chosen.

“They’re my friends, so it’s nice!” Rachel said. “But I say that because I actually know them in real life, and I think they’re two women that people want to see find love. You’ve seen their hearts broken multiple times in different ways, and they’ve both been very outspoken about that.”
