Ewan McGregor hits the stage for a big announcement at Disney’s D23 Expo on Friday (August 23) at Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, Calif.

The 48-year-old actor was joined by Star Wars producer Kathleen Kennedy to officially announce that an Obi-Wan Kenobi series will be coming to Disney Plus and it will start filming in 2020.

There are several Star Wars series on the way for the new streaming service.

The first trailer for The Mandalorian was premiered at the event and the series’ stars Pedro Pascal, Gina Carano, Carl Weathers, Giancarlo Esposito, and Taika Waititi were all there to introduce it. The series will launch on November 12 when the streaming service launches.

Pedro Pascal and Alan Tudyk were also on hand to talk about their upcoming series in which they’ll reprise their roles from Rogue One.

Pedro Pascal is getting pumped for his new movie Wonder Woman 1984!

The 44-year-old Game of Thrones actor was spotted enjoying a solo walk with a serious expression on his face on Thursday (June 6) in New York City.

He kept it casual in a gray Paris Review t-shirt with printed shorts, black and white striped sneakers, and clear-rimmed sunglasses, wearing a yellow backpack.

The day before, the gorgeous new poster for Wonder Woman 1984 was released, which Pedro shared on his own Instagram as well.

“One year from today. #WW84,” he captioned it.

Wonder Woman 1984 will hit theaters on June 5, 2020, but you can catch Pedro Pascal in his new sci-fi series The Mandalorian before that, on November 12! See the first-look images here.

Writer and executive producer Jon Favreau, director and executive producer Dave Filoni and executive producer Kathleen Kennedy teased an early look at the forthcoming first-ever live action Star Wars series on Sunday (April 14) at Star Wars Celebration in Chicago, Ill.

The three hosted a panel discussion about the upcoming Disney+ series, and were joined by stars Pedro Pascal, Gina Carano and Carl Weathers.

The series follows the travails of a lone gunfighter in the outer reaches of the galaxy, far from the authority of the New Republic.

The Mandalorian is set to premiere on Disney+ on November 12.

Pedro Pascal is dapper in a suit as he poses alongside his co-star Ruth Wilson while attending the opening night after party for the new production of King Lear on Broadway held at The Bowery Hotel on Thursday (April 4) in New York City.

The 44-year-old actor and the 37-year-old actress were joined at the event by their co-star Glenda Jackson, who was last season on Broadway in Three Tall Women and is a two-time Academy Award winner, two-time Emmy Award winner, and 2018 Tony Award winner.

King Lear details the gradual descent into madness of its title character, a King who, prior to offering his bequests, tests his three daughters by asking each of them to declare how much they love him. The decision leads to chaos and treachery within the kingdom.

Performances began February 28.

The 39-year-old Frontier actor and the 49-year-old My Dinner with Herve star teamed up for the event held at Radio City Music Hall on Wednesday (April 3) in New York City.

Jason brought along his wife Lisa Bonet, and Peter brought his wife Erica Schmidt.

They were joined by their co-stars Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Iain Glen, Alfie Allen, John Bradley, and Aidan Gillen.
