Danai Gurira Is Red Hot In Mugler at SAG Awards 2020

Danai Gurira stuns in a bold red dress while arriving at the 2020 Screen Actors Guild Awards on Sunday (January 19) at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles.

The Walking Dead star was joined by fellow presenters Daveed Diggs and Pedro Pascal at the event.

Daveed joined America Ferrera in presenting Jennifer Aniston with the Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Drama Series award.

Danai and Lupita Nyong’o presented Sam Rockwell with Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Television Movie or Miniseries; and Pedro teamed up with Sophie Turner to present Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Television Movie or Miniseries to Michelle Williams.

FYI: Danai wore a Mugler dress with Bvlgari jewelry and bag, and Christian Louboutin shoes. Pedro wore a Dunhill look. Daveed is wearing a Hilton Turner suit and Max Verre shoes.

'Star Wars' Series 'The Mandalorian' Renewed for Season 2!

Jon Favreau, the creator of the new Disney+ series The Mandalorian, has confirmed that the show has been renewed for a second season!

The series takes place in the world of Star Wars and it was one of the first shows to debut on the new streaming service.

The season one finale premiered today (December 27) on Disney+ and Jon took to Twitter that afternoon to confirm more episodes are coming soon.

“Season 2 of #TheMandalorian coming Fall 2020,” he wrote.

While this is the first official announcement of the second season, we’ve already seen photos from the set of season two.

The Black Summer actress was also joined at the event by The Mandalorian stars Pedro Pascal and Gina Carano, Pete Wentz and his son Bronx Wentz, Constance Zimmer, Aisha Tyler, Ava DuVernay, Bobby Moynihan, Derek Hough and Stranger Things star Gaten Matarazzo.

Also in attendance to show their support for the film was Jay and Silent Bob Reboot stars Jason Mewes and Kevin Smith, Frozen‘s Josh Gad, Mario Lopez, Matt Lanter, Ming-Na Wen, Modern Family‘s Nolan Gould and Rico Rodriguez, Raini Rodriguez, Seth Green, Spike Lee and Yvette Nicole Brown.

Jaime provided the voice of bounty hunter Aurra Sing and thief Cassie Cryar in the animated series, Star Wars: The Clone Wars. At the after party, she snacked on a McDonald’s Happy Meal and reminisced about being a kid in her Instagram post. She wrote, “Ever since I was little we would run to our local @mcdonalds to get the amazing #happymeal Star Wars toys! I treasure those memories.”

'Wonder Woman 1984' Trailer Reunites Gal Gadot & Chris Pine - Watch Now!

The first official trailer for the upcoming superhero movie Wonder Woman 1984 has been released!

Gal Gadot and director Patty Jenkins traveled to Brazil to debut the trailer at the CCXP event, which was live streamed on Twitter.

The new trailer reunites Gal‘s Wonder Woman and Chris Pine‘s Steve Trevor, who was originally believed to be dead after the first film.

We’re also introduced to Wonder Woman’s new foes Max Lord (Pedro Pascal) and The Cheetah (Kristen Wiig) in the trailer. Also returning for the sequel will be Robin Wright as Antiope and Connie Nielsen as Hippolyta.

Wonder Woman 1984 hits theaters on June 5, 2020.

'The Mandalorian' Season 2 Starts Filming - First Set Photos!

The second season of The Mandalorian has started filming and the first photos of actors on set have been revealed!

Since this series of pictures show the possible outcome of season one based on the Mandalorian’s overall look, do not continue reading or click through the photos unless you’re prepared to be spoiled.

Pedro Pascal stars as the title character in the new series, which takes place in the Star Wars universe. It’s not clear if he’s the one pictured or if a stunt double was on the set. The photos were snapped on Monday (November 18) in Los Angeles.

Visible in these photos is an additional shiny Beskar metal pauldron. He received one during The Mandalorian season one premiere and was promised to receive more once he delivered ‘Baby Yoda’ to ‘The Client,’ played by Werner Herzog.

Two episodes of The Mandalorian have aired so far and new episodes premiere every Friday on Disney+.

Pedro Pascal & Bryce Dallas Howard Celebrate Premiere of Disney+'s 'The Mandalorian'!

Pedro Pascal is dapper in a suit as he hits the red carpet at the Disney+ premiere of his new series The Mandalorian held at El Capitan Theatre on Wednesday (November 13) in Los Angeles.

The 44-year-old actor was joined at the event by directors Bryce Dallas Howard, Jon Favreau, Deborah Chow and Rick Famuyiwa, as well as co-stars Carl Weathers, Gina Carano and Emily Swallow.

Other attendees at the event in support of Pedro Pascal and crew were Ming-Na Wen, Seth Green and Julia Jones.

Here’s the synopsis: “After the stories of Jango and Boba Fett, another warrior emerges in the Star Wars universe. The Mandalorian is set after the fall of the Empire and before the emergence of the First Order. We follow the travails of a lone gunfighter in the outer reaches of the galaxy far from the authority of the New Republic.”

Disney+ Will Release 'The Mandalorian' Episodes Weekly

Pedro Pascal and Gina Carano appear on a panel during a press conference for The Mandalorian on Saturday (October 19) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The actors were joined by co-star Carl Weathers and the show’s executive producers Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni while attending the Disney+ Global Press Day.

While Disney still has not confirmed it officially, it was just revealed that episodes of The Mandalorian will debut weekly on the new streaming service beginning on the November 12 launch date, according to Collider.

After the Tuesday launch, the next episode will premiere on Friday, November 15 and the following episodes will all premiere on Fridays until the finale on December 27.
