Leighton Meester and Adam Brody are parents again!

The 34-year-old Gossip Girl alum and the 40-year-old The O.C. actor welcomed their second child together, Adam confirmed in a Twitch stream earlier in the week, The Sun reported Friday (September 11).

Adam joined Hold the Phone TV’s The Fun Time Boys Game Night Spectacular to play trivia games. At one point, he confirmed that he and Leighton recently welcomed their second child.

“I have a new…yeah, since last I played I have a new kid,” he said, confirming their child is “a boy and he’s a dream, he’s a dream boy.”

Adam and Leighton started dating in 2013, and got married in February of 2014. They have a daughter, Arlo Day, 5.

Leighton recently opened up about working with her husband Adam on Single Parents, saying she’s happy that she gets to spend time with her “baby daddy” on- and off-screen. Here’s what else she said…

Leighton Meester is talking working with husband Adam Brody on Single Parents!

During a new interview, the 34-year-old actress said that she’s happy that she gets to spend time with her “baby daddy” on- and off-screen.

“He is the baby daddy. In real life and not real life,” Leighton shared with Entertainment Tonight. “Sometimes I’ll be like, ‘Oh yeah, I forgot I’m married to you.’ But it’s been really nice having him here. He’s very much a part of the family.”

On Leighton‘s show Single Parent, Adam plays recurring guest star Derek, who is the ex and baby daddy for Leighton‘s character Angie.

In real life, Leighton and Adam married in 2014 and are parents to four-year-old daughter Arlo. The couple is also expecting their second child.

Leighton went on to say that Adam is nothing like the character he plays on the show.

“On the show, he’s such a little dummy and it’s very cute and he’s very handsome,” Leighton explained. “And in real life that’s 98 percent not true. He’s mostly, totally, like a grown-up.”

Leighton Meester and real life husband Adam Brody could have even more scenes together in the next season of Single Parents, should there be one.

Showrunner J.J. Philbin chatted with ET about the duo’s chemistry on the ABC show.

“I love the weeks when Adam is on set,” she shared. “He and Leighton are the world’s cutest couple and when they’re together, the chemistry is off the charts, which I guess is no surprise, but still — it’s fun to watch!”

J.J. also revealed that should there be another season, Adam‘s character Derek, who is the father of Angie’s, played by Leighton, son, Graham, would be a big part of it.

“The way we ended season two, Derek is even more a part of Angie’s life (and even more of a thorn in Will’s side),” she shared. “So we imagine Derek being a huge part of season three.”

J.J. added, “Honestly, he has become such an important part of our ensemble, we can’t imagine doing the show without him.”

Single Parents airs on Wednesdays on ABC.

Daily Mail (via Us Weekly) shared photos of the couple taking a walk around their neighborhood, and Leighton is showing off her growing baby bump under black overalls.

Back in January, Leighton was spotted filming scenes with Taran Killam for their ABC series, Single Parents, and she can be seen hiding a smaller bump with a black top and pants, and tan jacket.

The two co-stars were spotted filming scenes for their hit show Single Parents on Tuesday (January 28) in Los Angeles.

Leighton looked to be in a relationship in one scene, and the two stars seemed to look all dirtied up in another scene.

Single Parents, which premiered in 2018 on ABC, follows a group of single parents who form their own support system as they raise their kids and struggle to start new relationships.

Keanu Reeves happily poses alongside his sister Karina Miller at the premiere of her film Semper Fi held at ArcLight Hollywood on Tuesday (September 24) in Hollywood.

The 55-year-old actor stepped out in support of Karina, who is the producer and has been working on the film for three years.

Also in attendance at the premiere were the stars of the film Leighton Meester, Jai Courtney, Beau Knapp, Nat Wolff and Arturo Castro, as well as director Henry Alex Rubin.

“It’s really awesome to be here and be invited,” Keanu expressed (via ET). “It’s a great accomplishment, it’s a wonderful film.”

“He’s always been so supportive and so protective of me doing my own thing,” Karina said of her older brother. “I always really appreciate that so. And it was fun to have family here because our mom is out of town still.”

Semper Fi hits theaters — and is available on digital and On-Demand — on October 4.
