Zoe Kravitz joins her High Fidelity co-stars Da’Vine Joy Randolph and David H. Holmes, and author Nick Hornby at the SiriusXM Studios on Friday (February 14) in New York City.

The 31-year-old actress has been promoting her new Hulu series, High Fidelity, throughout the week, which is out now.

It turns out that the costumes for Zoe‘s character were inspired by Sex and the City‘s Carrie Bradshaw.

“Sex and the City was a huge influence for me and I think the way that Carrie [Bradshaw] dresses was always… just it was almost like another character in the show and it made it so fun to watch and to see what she was going to wear next,” Zoe shared with reporters during the recent TCA.

She added that “I wanted to try and create something that had a similar effect. So it’s not like me, but I mean, I like the clothes. I would wear them.”

On top of talking about the Hulu show, Zoe also spilled new details about playing Catwoman in the new Batman movie.

Zoe Kravitz is revealing what it’s like working with Robert Pattinson on The Batman!

The 31-year-old actress, who plays Catwoman alongside the 33-year-old actor’s Batman, opened up in a new interview with Variety.

“I’ve never worked with him before, but we’ve been together for the last few weeks, I had to camera test with him and now we’ve been training together and rehearsing together and he’s just a delightful person and such a wonderful, thoughtful actor,” Zoe said about Robert.

“I think he’s perfect for the role and it’s going to be such an adventure,” she continued. “I’m excited to have him as my partner in crime and to be there to support each other, because it’s intense. It’s going to be a long shoot and there’s a lot of pressure, and I know he has my back and I have his.”

On pressure to do the role justice, Zoe Kravitz added, “It was a little scary, but also whenever I get nervous about something, I feel it pushes me to a better place anyway, so I welcome the nerves. If you start focusing too much on what people are going to think you’re doing yourself a disservice, it’s almost like you’re putting your energy in the wrong place. Of course, I want to honor the fans and hope they like what I do with the role, but in order to do what I think I need to do with Catwoman I have to go internal and forget about the rest of the world.”

The 31-year-old actress stars in the new Hulu series and she stepped out for the premiere on Thursday (February 13) at The Metrograph in New York City.

High Fidelity is an adaptation of the novel by Nick Hornby and is a gender-swapped take on the story, which was also made into a movie with John Cusack.

More stars from the show who stepped out for the premiere included Jake Lacy, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, David H Holmes, Rainbow Francks, Thomas Doherty, Edmund Donovan, Justin Silver, and Sam Falconi.

Zoe Kravitz is opening up about her wedding to Karl Glusman.

While making an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday (February 12), the 31-year-old actress talked about tying the knot with Karl at her dad Lenny Kravitz‘s home in Paris back in June.

“It was funy because I planned this wedding very well and the one thing I didn’t really think about was speeches just because, I don’t know, it totally slipped my mind,” Zoe admitted to Jimmy. “The night before, I was like, I guess I should probably ask you guys to say something?”

“And so, the next day at the wedding, my mom [Lisa Bonet] opens like a journal and she’s written something beautiful and my dad said when he saw that, he was like, ‘S#$t’,” Zoe continued, adding that Lenny had nothing to worry about. “It was beautiful. He went up and gave one of the most beautiful speeches I’ve ever heard and I was in tears and it kind of made the night.”

Zoe also talked about playing Catwoman in the upcoming Matt Reeves-directed The Batman movie, the concept of her new Hulu series High Fidelity, and compared her top five karaoke songs with Jimmy‘s – Watch more after the cut here!

Zoe Kravitz steps out in a long green coat with a friend in New York City on Wednesday afternoon (February 12).

The 31-year-old actress kept it cool while heading to a business meeting with her pal.

Zoe‘s new Hulu series, High Fidelity, is only days away from debuting on the streaming service and she recently chatted with Entertainment Weekly about the show.

“It felt serendipitous and wonderful,” Zoe says about being part of the show, and linking it with the movie which her mom, Lisa Bonet, was in.

She adds, “The funny thing is that I was a huge fan of the movie not because of my mother being involved. My favorite movies growing up were Empire Records and Reality Bites — these angsty movies that talk about almost nothing and everything at the same time. Those kinds of projects are made less and less now. And so it was a lovely coincidence.”

Zoe also opened up about having a hand in the music that’s featured in the show.

“A lot of the music that ended up on the show came from a very, very long playlist I made,” she says. “As we were writing the show, I was just constantly adding to it. It kind of became the soundtrack of the show, of the character.”

Zoe Kravitz is looking gorgeous as ever.

The 31-year-old Big Little Lies actress looked stunning on the red carpet at the 2020 EE British Academy Film Awards on Sunday (February 2) at Royal Albert Hall in London, England.
