Lenny Kravitz is thankful for his tight bond with his daughter, Zoe Kravitz.

The 56-year-old musician opened up in a new interview with People magazine about their relationship and admits it reminds him of the relationship his own mother had with her father.

“Zoë and I have a very open dialogue,” Lenny shared. “We can talk about anything and everything.”

He added about the mirrored relationship with his mom, Jeffersons actress Roxie Roker and her father, “My mother and my grandfather had a very close relationship — to the point where, as a teenager, I thought it was ridiculous. I would just say, like, ‘You guys are on top of each other all the time.’ They loved each other, and they valued each other. So when I see the relationship between Zoë and myself, I see the relationship between my mother and my grandfather. It makes me very happy that we’ve elevated to that level.”

He also opened up about the family dynamic with ex, Lisa Bonet, who is Zoe‘s mother, and her own family with Jason Momoa.

“It’s essential,” he says. “We have a child, and we love each other just as much as before — it’s just a different situation. It takes time, work and dedication, but that is something that the two of us had.”

Lenny continues, “I love her husband, and I love her children. We all get together, and we have the best times. We communicate, we have each other’s backs and that is the way it should be. We’re all one family.”

Lenny Kravitz is dishing on his friendship with Jason Momoa!

In a new interview with Men’s Health, the 56-year-old entertainer said that clicked with the 41-year-old actor – who is married to his ex Lisa Bonet – the moment they met.

“People can’t believe how tight Jason and I are, or how tight I still am with [daughter] Zoe‘s mom, how we all relate,” Lenny shared. “We just do it because that’s what you do. You let love rule, right?”

“I mean, obviously, after a breakup, it’s work — it takes some work and time, healing and reflection, et cetera,” Lenny continued. “But as far as Jason and I? Literally the moment we met, we were like, ‘Oh, yeah. I love this dude.’”

Lenny and Lisa were married from 1987 to 1993. Jason and Lisa have been together since 2005 and got married in 2017. They share two kids: daughter Lola, 13, and son Nakoa-Wolf, 11.

Also in the interview, Lenny talked about accidentally exposing himself on stage.

Zoe Kravitz is putting Hulu on blast after the streaming service cancelled her fan favorite TV show High Fidelity after only one season.

If you missed it, Zoe responded to the show’s cancellation on social media. Zoe responded to a few of the comments, and put the streaming service on blast.

“I wanna give a shout out to my #highfidelity family. Thank you for all the love and heart you put into this show. I’m in awe of all of you. And thank you to everyone who watched, loved and supported us,” Zoe initially posted.

Actress Tessa Thompson responded in the comments and wrote, “I will miss you alllllllllllll so much.”

Hulu cancelled High Fidelity after only one season on the streaming service, and the show’s star Zoe Kravitz is speaking out.

Zoe posted a slideshow of photos from the production on her Instagram along with the caption, “i wanna give a shout out to my #highfidelity family. thank you for all the love and heart you put into this show. i’m in awe of all of you. and thank you to everyone who watched, loved and supported us. ✌🏽 #breakupssuck.”

High Fidelity centered on Rob (Kravitz), a record store owner in the rapidly gentrified Brooklyn neighborhood of Crown Heights who revisits past relationships through music and pop culture, while trying to get over her one true love.

Jason Momoa is getting love from his family on his 41st birthday!

Jason‘s wife Lisa Bonet‘s ex husband Lenny Kravitz and daughter Zoe Kravitz both took to Instagram on Saturday (August 1) to wish Jason a happy birthday.

“Happy birthday papabear! i love you. ❤️ @prideofgypsies,” Zoe wrote along with a few pics of Jason.

“😂😂😍😍i love u zozo bear. with all my heart. proud papa bear♥️♥️” Jason wrote back to Zoe.

“Happy Birthday @prideofgypsies. One family. One love,” Lenny wrote along with a photo of he and Jason at Zoe‘s wedding.

Jason replied to Lenny‘s post, writing, “love you ohana. miss u 😍😍🤙🏽🤙🏽.”

Zoe Kravitz’s marriage to Karl Glusman is making her a wiser woman.

The 31-year-old actress spoke to Variety recently and revealed that since tying the knot with Karl in 2019 in Paris, she’s “[making] less bad choices — I would like to think.”

Zoe continues, “You know, life is an ongoing struggle, so of course, there’s always work to be done. But there’s that first step where it’s like, I’m an adult.”

Zoe Kravitz is dishing on The Batman!

During an interview with on Variety and iHeart podcast “The Big Ticket,” the 31-year-old actress revealed what it was like when she first saw herself wearing the Catwoman costume.

“It’s cool, man. It’s cool,” Zoe shared. “I can’t say it wasn’t cool, but I’ve been really trying to not think too much about just what that character means to everybody else. Just because it can be distracting in the wrong way, especially when you’re trying to become someone else.”

Zoe went on to share what it was like when news first broke that she will be playing Selena Kyle aka Catwoman opposite Robert Pattinson as Batman.

“When the announcement came out that I had gotten this role, my phone rang more than it has ever,” Zoe continued. “More than my birthday, more than my wedding, more than anything. So I felt that immediate pressure…The script is phenomenal. The story’s really strong. I feel very clear on who Selena is and what she wants, and I’m trying to stay more focused on that.”

Zoe then explained why she thinks Rob is “perfect” actor to play the Caped Crusader.

“He started out as this kind of teen pop sensation, and then I think we all kind of saw through his work that there was a lot more going on,” Zoe said. “He’s a really interesting artist, and that is very much Batman in a way. We have the illusion of Bruce Wayne, and then we have Batman in the shadows that has a lot more complicated things going on.”

“So just in that, I think he’s perfect for this role. He can relate in that way, and he looks good in the suit, man. He looks good in the suit. That’s a good jaw line,” Zoe explained. “But he’s just a great actor and he brings so much to everything he does. I think that it’s a really hard role because people are expecting a lot. Also it’s restricting in a lot of ways. You’re wearing the suit, and you can’t see their eyes, and you can only move in a certain way. So you have to get really creative in terms of how can you portray a multidimensional character? He’s way up for the challenge and has really interesting ideas already. I think he’s perfect, perfect casting.”

During another interview, Zoe revealed why she’s a little nervous about returning to set of The Batman.

The movie is currently set for release on ‎October 1, 2021.
