Aaron Rodgers announced he was engaged over the weekend, just days after a report emerged that he had been dating Shailene Woodley.

Fans rightly assumed that Aaron got engaged to Shailene, but he didn’t specify the name of his fiancee, rather, just announced his engagement in 2020.

“2020 was definitely a crazy year filled with lots of change and growth, some amazing memorable moments. 180 straight days of having my nose hair scraped, playing for very little fans or no stands the entire season,” he said in a speech accepting his MVP award for the 2020 season. He then revealed: “I got engaged.”

Now, a source is confirming that he is engaged to Shailene!

“They are very happy together,” a source told People. “It’s not surprising he proposed so fast. When you know, you know, right?”

Aaron Rodgers was last linked to Danica Patrick and reports that they broke up emerged in July of 2020. Shailene was last linked to Ben Volavola.

Aaron Rodgers just very casually revealed that he’s engaged!

The 37-year-old quarterback for the Green Bay Packers was honored with NFL MVP Award during the 2021 NFL Honors virtual ceremony on Saturday (February 6).

In his acceptance speech, Aaron revealed that he just got engaged in 2020 – and it seems like Shailene Woodley is his new fiancee!

“Thank you so much, it’s honor to win this award for the third time,” Aaron says in the video. “2020 was definitely a crazy year filled with lots of change, growth, and some amazing memorable moments.”

“180 straight days of getting my nose hairs scraped, playing for very little fans or no fans in the stands the entire season,” Aaron continued. “I got engaged and I played some of the best football of my career.”

At the end of his acceptance speech, Aaron thanked his team and his “fiancee.”

Just a few days ago, it was reported that Aaron and the 29-year-old Big Little Lies actress were dating, but they have not confirmed the news yet.

Shailene Woodley and Aaron Rodgers are reportedly dating, according to a new report from E!

The 29-year-old Big Little Lies actress and 37-year-old Green Bay Packers football player are “going strong”, a source shared with the site.

“They have kept things private and low key,” the insider says before adding that Aaron has been “very focused on his season”, which came to an end last week during the NFC Championship Game.

“They have seen each other and been in touch,” the source added. “They continue to talk and see each other when they can. They are both focused on their careers but they also make time for each other.”

While Aaron has been focused on his season, Shailene has been working on a new movie filming in Montreal called Misanthrope.

Previously, Aaron was linked to racecar driver Danica Patrick, while Shailene ended things with rugby player Ben Volavola just recently.

“We were very much on the road to marriage and children,” Shailene said of her relationship with Ben in April last year. “I realized I was still at an age where I wasn’t able to fully commit. I couldn’t be available to him in the way that I wanted to be. I didn’t fully love myself.”

Shailene Woodley is sharing some candid details about her sex life and how she’s had bad sex in more than one relationship.

The 29-year-old Divergent actress wrote a column for Leo’s “Ask Her” section. She responded to a question from a reader that asked, “From a woman’s perspective, if the sex is not great but the relationship is thriving, do you call it quits or work on it?”

Shailene definitely was able to relate to the reader.

“Oy … I have been here. And to be quite honest, it has happened more than once in my life. Listen, I hope for all our sakes that we have had the kind of sex that leaves us f–king hungry and full all at once,” Shailene started off the column. “Where the beginning has no end, and the end has no beginning. Where every. single. primal. instinct. had its way … how it wanted it, where it wanted it, when it wanted it. Because that sh-t is the real magic. It’s an alchemy our minds cannot create. And it is … everything.”

Shailene then offered some advice from her perspective. She said, “All I can say is, from my perspective as a woman who knows what she wants and isn’t afraid to say it, honesty and transparency are everything. If you don’t feel safe in communication with your partner, then chances are, you may never be able to cultivate a truly connective sex life. And, if you do feel safe, then talk about your needs. Whether they are being met or not. Ask your partner about theirs.”

Shailene Woodley and Miles Teller are set to star in an upcoming political satire called The Fence, which will mark their fifth movie together!

Also starring in the film is William Hurt and it will be directed by Icelandic director Grímur Hákonarson.

Deadline reports that the movie follows “two liberal newlyweds increasingly at odds with their ultra-conservative ex-marine neighbor over a nine-foot-tall fence that he insists on building to keep his home safe from potential terrorists.”

The movie is set to begin filming in March.

Shailene and Miles previously worked together in The Spectacular Now and the three Divergent movies. The anticipated fourth Divergent movie was never made and plans to turn it into a television film never came to fruition.

Shailene Woodley reunited (virtually, of course) with her The Secret Life of the American Teenager castmates to encourage fans to get out and vote!

The 28-year-old actress, who played Amy Jeurgens on the ABC Family series, was joined by her co-stars Molly Ringwald (Anne Jeurgens), Francia Raisa (Adrian Lee), Megan Park (Grace Bowman), Ken Baumann (Ben Boykewich), Allen Evangelista (Henry Miller), Camille Winbush (Lauren Tracey), and Renee Olstead (Madison Cooperstein), as well as Just Jared‘s own Jared Eng, who served as host.

The cast called for 300 people to make a pledge to vote in order for them to do a reunion, and over 5,000 fans made their pledges to get out and vote.

During the virtual reunion, the cast shared their own voting plans, shared why it’s especially important to vote this year, and they talked about the show, including where their characters would be in ten years, what topics they would cover if the show was airing today, and some fun behind-the-scenes tidbits.

During the interview, Nicole revealed that the team behind the HBO series is considering a potential third season, although a formal season order has not yet been announced following the Season 2 finale in July of 2019.

The show, which also stars Reese Witherspoon, Zoë Kravitz, Shailene Woodley and Laura Dern, is based on the 2014 novel by Liane Moriarty.

“Reese and I talk or text once a week. She’s just moved back to Nashville and we’re really close. We all just want to work together again. I texted Zoë and Laura, and they’re in. David and Liane have a really good idea for it. Watch this space!” she teased.
