Christopher Abbott and Noah Wyle look sharp at the 2020 Critics’ Choice Awards!

The 33-year-old Catch‑22 actor and the 48-year-old The Red Line star attended the event held on Sunday (January 12) at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, Calif.

Both men are nominated for Best Actor in a Limited Series or Movie Made for Television for their work on the respective shows.

They were joined by fellow nominee Jared Harris (Chernobyl).

Also in attendance was Best Actor in a Comedy Series nominee Walton Goggins (The Unicorn), as well as Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series nominees Henry Winkler and Anthony Carrigan (Barry), and Nico Santos (Superstore) with his co-star Lauren Ash.

The Red Line is ending after just one season.

CBS made the announcement about its limited series on Friday (June 7), Deadline reports.

The series, produced by Greg Berlanti and Ava DuVernay, followed three Chicago families as they journeyed toward hope and healing after an unarmed African American doctor is shot by a white cop.

It starred Noah Wyle, Aliyah Royale, Emayatzy Corinealdi, Noel Fisher, Howard Charles, Michael Patrick Thornton, Vinny Chhibber, and Elizabeth Laidlaw.

The eight-episode first season of The Red line wrapped on May 19.

Kristin Chenoweth is set to star alongside Noah Wyle in the upcoming CBS legal drama pilot Perfect Citizen.

The possible new series will be executive produced by The Good Wife‘s Craig Turk and Sons of Anarchy‘s Paris Barclay.

“Perfect Citizen centers on Deck (Wyle), the former general counsel for the NSA who, after his involvement as a whistleblower in an international scandal, embarks on a new career at a storied law firm in Boston. Once there, he must face the reality that half the country thinks he’s our greatest patriot and the other half thinks he’s a traitor,” according to Deadline.

Kristin is set to play Jessica, “the heartbeat of the firm who got her name on the door by outworking and out thinking the Ivy Leaguers.”

The 44-year-old actor’s wife gave birth to Frances Harper Wyle on Monday (June 22) and his rep says that he is “over the moon.”

This is the first child for the couple, who got married last summer. Noah has two children from his previous marriage.

Noah is best known for his work on the hit series ER and he currently stars on the TNT drama Falling Skies, which begins its fifth and final season this weekend.

Noah Wyle and his girlfriend Sara Wells have tied the knot!

“It was beautiful. It was great,” the 43-year-old actor shared during an appearance on The View on Tuesday (June 24). “It was a very small ceremony�”we have this little farm in California.”

He added, “We got married on the ranch in front of the barn and then took a honeymoon. [We] just got back from Paris.”

Noah and Sara were first spotted together in 2011. This is the second marriage for Noah, who was previously married to makeup artist Tracy Warbin.
