Eli Roth is directing the upcoming movie for Lionsgate and Cate Blanchett is starring as the lead role of Lilith.
Roth told Deadline, “I am so excited to work with this incredible, top notch cast. Every single part counts and elevates the film and we have the best of the best coming in to really make Borderlands spectacular. I love movies where every character counts and you can only achieve that with a great cast. Every one of these gifted actors will bring something special to the film.”

Kevin Hart is taking on a new role!
The 41-year-old comedian has joined the cast of Borderlands, Eli Roth‘s adaptation of the video game of the same name.
Kevin will play Roland, a skilled ex-soldier turned mercenary. The cast also includes Cate Blanchett as Lilith, a legendary thief equipped with magical skills.
While plot details haven’t been announced, the game takes place on the planet Pandora, a planet rich in natural resources that has been abandoned by a mega-corporation and is overrun by bandits and raiders.
“I’m thrilled to be working with Kevin,” Eli said. “Borderlands is a different kind of role for him, and we are excited to thrill audiences with a side of Kevin they’ve never seen before. He’s going to be an amazing Roland.”

Kevin Hart latest Netflix comedy special, Zero F**ks Given, has become the most watched comedy special of 2020 on Netflix!
The streaming service revealed the ratings for his brand new special and they’re massive. The special debuted just about one month ago.
“Zero F*cks Given is the #1 comedy special in 2020 after over 21 MILLION of you watched in the first four weeks!!,” the streaming service tweeted to announce the news.
Netflix has never before released the streaming data of a comedy special, so this is a first.

Kevin Hart and his wife Eniko have welcomed their second child together – a baby girl!
The 41-year-old actor and 36-year-old model announced the news on her Instagram.
“thankful • grateful • blessed 🙏🏽 a little bit of heaven sent down to earth.. welcome to the world baby girl..we couldn’t love you more..💜 ✨Kaori Mai Hart✨ 9.29.20,” Eniko posted on her Instagram account.

The couple are also parents to a son named Kenzo, born in 2017. Kevin has two kids, Heaven, 15, and Hendrix, 12, from a previous marriage.

Kevin Hart is reacting to an error on social media.
The 41-year-old comedian shared a screenshot of a deleted Facebook post from NBC News, which mistakenly used his photo instead of Usain Bolt in a headline on Tuesday (August 25).

Kevin Hart couldn’t help but joke after a social media post used his image for a story about Olympic champion Usain Bolt.
“No comment 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️…..I must of gotten really fast & tall overnight….I want to take advantage of this moment & race anybody in the world. We can bet whatever….S–t just got real. NBC News claims it was a “technical error.”
