Idina Menzel happily strikes a pose while stopping by Radio Andy at the SiriusXM Studios on Monday (December 2) in New York City.

The 48-year-old actress and singer sat down with host Andy Cohen to promote her hit film Frozen 2, which is in theaters now.

Over the weekend, Idina went back to her Rent roots to perform “Seasons of Love” during the quarter final competition episode of the British competition series Strictly Come Dancing.

Idina performed the Rent anthem, which is also featured on her latest holiday album Christmas: A Season of Love, for the quarter final episode of the UK dance series, which was dedicated entirely to musicals – Watch it here!

Idina Menzel is opening up about one of her favorite songs from the new movie Frozen 2!

While “Into the Unknown” has been the song that Disney is pushing for Elsa while promoting the movie, Idina says that “Show Yourself” is actually one of her favorites.

“They’re both huge, epic, anthemic melodies and songs,” Idina said in an interview with EW. “They talk a lot about ‘Into the Unknown,’ but the second one they don’t talk about as much, but we’ll see what kind of an effect it has on people. ‘Show Yourself’ is actually one of my favorites. I think just knowing [songwriters Bobby Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez] even more intimately and deeper as artists and musicians now, they really know my voice inside and out and write for me in that way. So they really wrote where every facet of my vocal ability and also my emotional accessibility as an interpreter could shine. I think we found each other even more this time around.”

“Into the Unknown” is the song that Oscar pundits think will get a nomination.

Idina Menzel and Lea Michele are both bringing the holiday cheer!

The 48-year-old Frozen 2 actress and the 33-year-old Scream Queens star were both in attendance to perform and dazzle the crowd during the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade on Thursday (November 28) in New York City.

If you didn’t know, Lea and Idina have a long history together: they played mother-daughter on Glee!

Plus, both of them have brand new holiday records: Lea dropped her studio album, Christmas in the City, in October, while Idina released her own album, Christmas: A Season of Love.

Idina Menzel keeps warm as she strikes a pose outside the Saks Fifth Avenue Unveils ‘Frozen 2′ Window Display Special Ceremony held on Monday evening (November 25) in New York City.

The Tony-winning actress, who voices Elsa the Queen of Arendelle in Frozen, performed “Show Yourself” from the new film – as well as “Christmas, A Season Of Love” from her upcoming holiday album – as the six center windows were unveiled, showing scenes from the hit family movie.

Also in attendance to witness the unveiling were Chanel Iman, Carolyn Murphy, Coco Rocha, Nicky Hilton Rothschild, Dorinda Medley, Stacey Bendet and designer Jason Wu.

“Happy Holidays! Thanks for inviting me to ring in the season with you, @saks! #SaksHoliday #Frozen2 #ASeasonOfLove,” Idina captioned with her Instagram post.

The production also included a theatrical light show on the façade of the Saks Fifth Avenue NYC flagship and entertainment from the Young People’s Chorus of New York City, dancers and characters from Frozen 2.

Idina Menzel gets the living daylights scared out of her while making an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, airing on Friday (November 22).

The Tony-winning actress was interviewed by guest host Josh Gad, who is her co-star from the new movie Frozen 2.

Josh plays the role of Olaf and throughout the interview, a man dressed as Olaf was hiding in a box next to their chairs and he popped out to scare Idina!

During the interview, the stars talked about their press tour in London and their duet on Idina‘s new holiday album.

James Corden brought his theater gang back for another very special edition of Crosswalk the Musical on last night’s (November 20) episode of The Late Late Show!

The cast of Frozen 2 – including Kristen Bell, Idina Menzel, Josh Gad and Jonathan Groff – performed the Disney musical on a busy Los Angeles intersection with host James.

The group donned costumes, used props and were joined by backup dancers in order to perform in front of unsuspecting drivers songs from Frozen and Frozen 2, which hits theaters on Friday (November 22).

James competed with Idina Menzel for the role of Elsa, who the Broadway star voices in the film. He was regulated to dressing up as a snowflake after Menzel displayed her singing ability – Watch the hilarious segment here!

Josh Gad dropped by The Late Late Show with James Corden on Monday night (November 19) and brought the laughs with a hilarious impression of his Frozen 2 co-star.

While sitting alongside fellow guest Anna Camp, the 38-year-old actor expressed his love for his Frozen 2 co-star Idina Menzel, and then proceeded to unleash a questionable impression of her left host James on the verge of tears.

“I’ve been obsessed with her. I saw Idina [in Rent] when I was in high school,” Josh told the audience. “And she came out on that stage and sang ‘Over the Moon’ and I was like, ‘I’m in love with this Jew from Long Island.’”

Josh Gad than sang a snippet of Idina‘s Rent and Wicked performance, which had a Cockney twist. “I don’t know why it’s like that all of a sudden,” he admitted.

Later, Anna Camp revealed she’s no stranger to dropping some fire bars when the mood is right and the beats are tight as her alter ego “Vodka Can” – Watch after the cut!
