'Hawkeye' Set Photos Show Hailee Steinfeld as Kate Bishop Alongside Jeremy Renner!

Jeremy Renner and Hailee Steinfeld film a scene for their upcoming Marvel and Disney+ show focusing on his character Hawkeye on Thursday (December 3) in New York City.

The scene had Hailee (who is rumored to be playing Kate Bishop) and Jeremy (sporting what appears to be an injury near his eye) walking a dog in a park.

In the comics, Kate Bishop eventually takes over as Hawkeye from Clint Barton (Renner). It’s unclear when this Hawkeye show will debut, but it will have a Disney+ release date sometime in the future!

Between takes, the co-stars were seen with their masks on, as the COVID-19 pandemic is still ongoing and health officials urge everyone to wear face masks when around others.

FYI: Hailee is wearing 1490 Smooth Dr. Martens shoes.

Hailee Steinfeld Says 'Wrong Direction' Was Harder to Write Than Her Other Songs

There’s one song of Hailee Steinfeld‘s that was harder to write than the others on her upcoming album Half Written Story.

“Yea, there were definitely ones that were more fun. I know there are some records that are just, like, you’ll know when you hear them but there’s a song on the record called ‘Wrong Direction,’ which I found more difficult to write than the others just because of … I mean, just being in that headspace,” Hailee said on SiriusXM Hits 1’s The Morning Mash Up. “And what’s so strange about music is you write it and then you’re in that headspace obviously when you’re writing it and then it’s done. You can pack that away and move on to the next song. Then all of a sudden you’re, like, performing and you’re like, ‘OK, this is still very much attached and it’s just like I never left the studio.’”

Fans have speculated that “Wrong Direction” is actually about Niall Horanfind out why.

Hailee Steinfeld Remains Tight-Lipped About Being Part Of Marvel Cinematic Universe

Hailee Steinfeld isn’t spilling anything when asked about being part of the MCU.

Rumors swirled all last year about the 23-year-old singer and actress being offered the role of Kate Bishop in a possible Hawkeye focused Disney+ series.

However, during her interview with SiriusXM Hits 1 on Wednesday (May 6), Hailee remained mum about it.

“Did the connection get a little funky?” she jokingly asked, knowing it didn’t.

Hailee didn’t confirm or deny involvement in a project though. Instead, she brought it back to her music.

“Right now, I will tell you, that music is where my head is at,” she shared. “It’s what I’m focused on. I’m excited to have this time that we’ve been given to focus on that.”
