Guns N' Roses Made A Shocking Amount of Money During 'Not in This Lifetime... Tour'

Guns N’ Roses has officially wrapped up their Not in This Lifetime…Tour!

The iconic rock group’s tour spanned over the course of three years with 158 concerts and 5,371,891 tickets sold.

According to Billboard, the tour grossed $584.2 million across six continents’ worth of shows.

Even before the conclusion of the tour, it was ranked as one of the top 10 highest grossing world tours of all time.

The Not in This Lifetime… Tour marked the first time that Axl Rose, Slash and Duff McKagan played together since their 1993 Use Your Illusion Tour.

Pink Makes Surprise Appearance at Guns N' Roses Concert!

Pink hits the stage with Axl Rose during the Guns N’ Roses concert at Madison Square Garden on Wednesday (October 11) in New York City.

The 38-year-old singer was a surprise guest during the first of the band’s three dates are the iconic venue.

Pink joined GNR to sing the classic song “Patience.”

Fans who want to see Pink live in concert can go see her Beautiful Trauma tour when it kicks off in March. Make sure to get her new album when it drops on Friday!

Guns N' Roses Surprise Fans With AC/DC's Angus Young at Coachella 2016

Fans who checked out Guns N’ Roses‘ set during the 2016 Coachella Music Festival on Saturday night (April 16) were in for a special treat when a special guest joined the band on stage.

In the middle of the set, AC/DC guitar legend Angus Young took to the stage and played a couple songs with the band, including “Whole Lotta Rosie” and “Riff Raff.”

Angus‘ on-stage appearance came just hours after the announcement that Guns N’ Roses lead singer Axl Rose will be touring with AC/DC as their replacement lead singer.

Guns N' Roses' Axl Rose Joins AC/DC as Lead Singer on Tour!

Guns N’ Roses frontman Axl Rose might be preparing for his Coachella gig at this very second, but he has another gig to look forward to in the near future!

The legendary rocker will be stepping in as the lead singer of AC/DC for the band’s upcoming concerts, filling in for Brian Johnson who is battling hearing issues.

AC/DC band members would like to thank Brian Johnson for his contributions and dedication to the band throughout the years. We wish him all the best with his hearing issues and future ventures,” the band said in a statement. “As much as we want this tour to end as it started, we understand, respect and support Brian‘s decision to stop touring and save his hearing. We are dedicated to fulfilling the remainder of our touring commitments to everyone that has supported us over the years, and are fortunate that Axl Rose has kindly offered his support to help us fulfill this commitment.”

Rose will appear at AC/DC‘s upcoming European tour shows throughout May and June before going on the road with his own band.

Digital HD Releases Today

Star Wars: The Force Awakens is finally here!

The much anticipated digital release of the epic sci-fi film is released on Digital HD today. The long-awaited seventh film in the Star Wars saga follows a First Order Stormtrooper who defects and meets a tough scavenger named Rey, played by newcomer Daisy Ridley. Together, they set on a mission to deliver intelligence on the whereabouts of Luke Skywalker, the last Jedi Knight.

While by now, 99.999% of you watched this film – the digital HD is a must have simply to relive the epic adventure, nostalgia, and awesomeness the film delivers.

The Digital HD treatment also includes a great four-part making of the feature which shows the transition of Star Wars into the Disney family, casting videos, highlighting the various creatures and worlds that needed to be created, and exploring the movie’s unforgettable final scene.

Other features include a short featurette on the table read, building BB-8 and, John William’s work for the film.

Another good addition to the home digital offering are the Deleted Scenes. However, this version didn’t have notable deleted scenes such as the lightsaber handoff to Leia and Constable Zuvio which have been heavily discussed to be missing.

Nevertheless, the film looks glorious in HD coupled with the amazing DTS-HD Master Audio 7.1 lossless soundtrack. Although the original film was not filmed digitally but using real film, the digital transfer looks terrific. While the supplemental material causes us to yearn for more, this is an amazing pick up to one of the quintessential films of our generation.
