Ciara and her husband Russell Wilson welcomed their baby boy Win back in July 2020 amid the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Now, the 35-year-old entertainer is speaking out about having to wear a mask while in labor and giving birth to her five month old baby boy.

“My obstetrician, who’s delivered all my babies, was not playing any games about this COVID. I literally made my first push with Win and then he was like, ‘She needs a mask on. Get a mask on.’ It happened so fast, so I still had my mask [down],” Ciara told Self magazine. “But he was like, ‘Oh, no, no. She gon’ put that mask on.’ My mask was pretty good. I could still breathe alright through it, so that was good. But it was like, ‘Wow. This is crazy. I’m having to deliver a baby with a mask. What in the world?’”

Another celebrity – who gave birth around the same time as Ciara – also recently revealed she gave birth while wearing a mask.

Russell Wilson is getting tons of support from his family!

Ciara took to Instagram on Saturday (January 9) to share a couple photos with sons Future Jr, 6, and Win, 5 months, and daughter Sienna, 3, all wearing matching Seahawks varsity jackets in honor of the 32-year-old football player and his team’s game.

“We’re so proud of you @DangeRussWilson! Wish we could be at the stadium cheering you on today! Go Baby! Go Daddy! #GoHawks #3 #Playoffs @Seahawks 💚💙” the 35-year-old singer captioned the below post.

Ciara and the kids weren’t able to attend the Seahawks game due to coronavirus safety protocols not letting fans attend games.

A few days before, Ciara shared an update in her weight loss journey after welcoming baby Win over the summer.

Ciara is rocking a brand new hair color for 2021.

The 35-year-old singer and mom of three showed off her hot pink hair color on Instagram this week, at the same time sharing an update in her weight loss journey after welcoming her third child over the summer of 2020.

“Down 28 pounds thanks to @WW!!” Ciara captioned. “This journey has been easy, stress free and fun! Especially juggling mommy life, work life, exercise, etc! The WW app has been a game changer! 20 more lbs to go! 💃🏽”

Ciara is mom to Future, 6, who she shares with ex, rapper Future, and mom to Sienna, 3, and Win, 5 months, who she shares with husband Russell Wilson.

Ciara matches the step and repeat backdrop while walking the red carpet at the 2020 American Music Awards, which is airing on Sunday (November 22) and taking place at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.

The 35-year-old singer looked red hot while presenting the award for Favorite Artist – Soul/R&B to The Weeknd, who appeared on stage with his face covered in bandages.

Ciara has been nominated for Favorite Soul/R&B Female Artist twice in the past at the American Music Awards. The award in that category went to Doja Cat this year.

The official lineup for the upcoming Disney Holiday Singalong special is here!

K-pop giants BTS are slated to perform one of their fave holiday songs, alongside Katy Perry and Ciara also making appearances on the highly anticipated special.

Other acts joining the event include Andrea Bocelli, Michael Bublé, Chloe x Halle, Derek Hough and Hayley Erbert, Julianne Hough, Adam Lambert, Leslie Odom Jr., P!nk and even Kerry Washington!

The event will also host Disney on Broadway as it returns to the New Amsterdam Theatre where the casts of The Lion King, Aladdin and North American touring companies of Frozen team up for a performance of “Let It Go.”

The one-hour event will include animated on-screen lyrics for viewers to sing along to and the special will raise awareness about Disney’s Feed the Love campaign.

The Disney Holiday Singalong will air Monday, November 30 at 8/7c on ABC.

Ciara and her daughter Sienna are celebrating this historic day in the United States!

The 35-year-old entertainer took to Twitter to share a super cute video of her 3-year-old daughter reacting to news that Kamala Harris will be the next Vice President of the United States.

The 56-year-old California Senator – who is Black and South Asian American – is the first woman and person of color to hold the VP position.

“How amazing is it that the first woman Vice President is in the White House? And she’s also a woman of color,” Ciara says to Sienna. “It’s so powerful. We can do anything we put our minds to, right?”

Sienna then replies, “We can do anything we put our minds to!”

Ciara went on to tell Sienna that Joe Biden, Barack Obama‘s former VP, will now be the next president.

Sienna then got a little too excited about all the good news, because she then exclaimed, “And the COVID is over!”

Ciara had to explain to her daughter that the pandemic isn’t over yet, but said “I believe that Joe Biden is the right person to get us back on track.”

Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion have a huge celeb fan in Ciara.

For this year’s Halloween holiday, the 35-year-old singer not only recreated Cardi‘s Invasion of Privacy album cover, and recruited her eldest son, Future, to play Offset, but she also recreated Megan‘s Girl in the Hood album too!

“CARDI. Swipe to the right for a Surprise. 😎 #Halloween,” Ciara wrote, surprising her fans with the first reveal earlier today.

Cardi reacted to the costume, too: “I’m gagging! I love it! I’m so hype! I’ve always been a huge fan of @ciara and became an even bigger fan after I met her! She is the most sweetest and the most nicest person in the world! A true peach! Staying sweet and humble was the prayer!”

Then, later on, Ciara popped up the pics of her recreating Megan‘s album cover.

Megan responded in the comments to her, “I Love you 😭😭😭.”
