It was just revealed that Carrie Coon is in Avengers: Infinity War!

The Emmy-nominee (for her work on Fargo) will voice the role of Proxima Midnight in the upcoming film. Proxima Midnight is a villain in Thanos’ Black Order.

“Carrie Coon is Proxima Midnight,” co-director Joe Russo revealed in an interview to Radio Times. “And you may know her from season three of Fargo or The Leftovers.”

Tom Vaughan-Lawlor is voicing the role of Black Order’s Ebony Maw and Terry Notary will be taking on Cull Obsidian.

The movie hits theaters on April 27.

Carrie Coon and Tracy Letts are expecting their first child together, according to Us Weekly!

“It’s true!” Carrie tweeted to confirm the news.

The married couple stars in the new Steven Spielberg film The Post and Tracy also appears in Lady Bird.

Carrie, 36, and Tracy, 52, got married in 2013 after appearing together in the Broadway production of Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf? They met while working at the Steppenwolf Theatre Company in Chicago, where Tracy debuted his Pulitzer Prize winning play August: Osage County.

Carrie is best known for her work on The Leftovers and Fargo.

This will be the first child for the couple.

The 46-year-old actor won the award for Best Actor in a Movie or Limited Series for his work on Fargo.

The 36-year-old actress is nominated for the first time this evening. She is up for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Limited Series or Movie for her work in Fargo.

Many people hoped Carrie would be a double nominee tonight after being praised for her work on HBO’s The Leftovers throughout the years.

While The Leftovers was snubbed, Fargo is up for 10 awards!

“Oh my gosh, I hope,” the 36-year-old actress expressed about the possibility of winning, before admitting “I don’t think so.”

Carrie then discussed why she hasn’t elaborated on her thoughts on the ambiguous endings of both The Leftovers and Fargo.

“Who cares what I think? And I say that because what’s important is not the experience that I have, it’s the experience that you have,” Carrie told the audience. “I wouldn’t want to rob anybody of that moment of sitting with what happens on those shows and thinking about for themselves what they believe. What it does is that it reveals more about you than it does about me.”
