Miley Cyrus is putting on a cheeky display following her split from Kaitlynn Carter.

The 26-year-old “Mother’s Daughter” singer took to Instagram on Thursday (September 26) to show off her bikini bod and share her thoughts.

“Goodbyes are never easy… 🖤 but g2g,” Miley captioned the photos below, featuring her backside in a black thong bikini and a white crop top.

“‘I’m more of a man than you’ll ever be, & more of a woman than you’ll ever get!’ – Jonathan Larson repost @samsmith,” she wrote along with more front-facing snaps at the pool.

“Necessary Mom n Sister trip @brandicyrus @tishcyrus,” Miley added with some pics of her mom and sister.

Miley Cyrus‘ older sister Brandi Cyrus is possibly referencing Miley‘s breakup from Liam Hemsworth.

The 32-year-old posted on Instagram, “I’ve learned that life sometimes takes us through seasons when we cannot understand why things have to hurt so much, or be so hard, but all we can do is trust that there is purpose in everything, even the darkness.”

Brandi then added, “And in time everything will make sense and all of that purpose will be revealed when the time is right, and we will be stronger and better for it.”

Fans are specifically pointing to the line, “in time everything will make sense,” as referencing the breakup.

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth reportedly split months ago after she was seen kissing a new woman.

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth tied the knot last month but fans found out a little before the couple were ready to share the news!

Following their super private ceremony, one of Liam‘s longtime friends accidentally shared a photo from the special day even though the couple asked attendees to refrain from posting.

“Whenever they’ve talked about getting married, they’ve always wanted to keep it very small and it just be the family and just be at the house. That’s always been what they wanted. Honestly, Miley’s only friend that was there was her best friend, Jesse, and Liam had a handful of his friends there that were there from Australia,” Miley‘s sister Brandi explained on her Your Favorite Thing podcast.

They invited “a very, very small, tight-knit group of people,” Brandi continued. “Even with family and close friends, they still made a point to say, ‘Hey guys, this is a private thing for a reason. We love you all, but please don’t take photos.’”

Liam‘s friend Conrad Carr seemed to miss the memo though “feels really bad” for sharing the footage on his Instagram. “I didn’t really ask what happened, but I think from what he said, no one told him not to post about it, so he didn’t know.”

In the end, Brandi confirmed that Miley “doesn’t really care” that the public found out that way.

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth, who are both vegan, take care of their own vegan dishes for the Cyrus family Thanksgiving feast!

“Thanksgiving and Christmas are the two times a year that usually my whole family gets together,” Miley‘s sister Brandi Cyrus revealed to Us Weekly in a recent interview about how they spend the holiday together. “We have had the exact same meal for Thanksgiving and Christmas since I can ever remember, and it’s so simple. It’s just turkey and mashed potatoes and green beans and stuffing. Just the basics, but it’s so good. It’s my favorite meal [of] the whole year, and it never changes. We never do anything different. We never venture out. It’s like that’s what we make and it’s simple and that’s it.”

“Miley and Liam are both vegan, so they usually end up bringing some vegan dishes now to throw into the mix,” Brandi added.

Miley and Liam recently suffered a huge tragedy after their house was destroyed by the California wildfires.
