Real Housewives of Beverly Hills‘ Brandi Glanville is responding to the backlash over what she tweeted about embattled actor Armie Hammer.

Twitter called out her tweet as “deplorable” as she referenced cannibalism, a subject mentioned in his alleged leaked DMs. One of Armie‘s exes publicly came forward with a story where he apparently told her he wanted to BBQ her rib and eat it.

In a second tweet, Brandi appeared to not be sorry at all for what she wrote. She tweeted – but then deleted – another thought.

Finally, in a third tweet, Brandi seemed to recognize the gravity of the situation.

Brandi Glanville is being called out and slammed on Twitter for what she wrote about Armie Hammer.

The 48-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member posted on her Twitter account, “Dear @armiehammer You can have my rib cage how do you just keep getting hotter and hotter #letsbbq.”

If you don’t know, Armie has been the subject of some controversial headlines recently after his alleged DMs with several women were leaked online.

In one of the DMs, which were allegedly sent by Armie, he reportedly said, “I am 100% a cannibal.”

Brandi mentioning eating her rib is likely a reference to the story one of Armie’s exes told where he said he wanted to BBQ her rib and eat it.

Armie‘s estranged wife Elizabeth Chambers broke her silence on the entire situation last week.

Do you remember the whole Lukas Gage viral story? Back in November, the Euphoria actor became a viral sensation thanks to the audition video he shared online, in which director Tristram Shapeero insulted his apartment while accidentally thinking he was on mute.

The host of HBO’s Real Time With Bill Maher spoke out in defense of the Call Me By Your Name actor amid allegations of emotional and physical abuse by a number of women, which has already led to him being dropped by his agents and publicist.

“I think we can talk about this in relation to where feminism is, because apparently, Armie Hammer has a predilection to tell his dates he wants to ‘eat’ them. And who wouldn’t want to be eaten by Armie Hammer? Come on,” he said.

“Apparently this is something called ‘ethical human cannibal fetishism.’ No actual women were eaten in the making of this movie. They were just talking. They have his texts, where he was saying things like, ‘I want to take your rib out and boil it with barbecue sauce.’ We’re in such a porn-centric society—people have been watching really hardcore porn for so long that ‘spank you’ doesn’t really cut it anymore,” he continued.

“My point is that the women who are objecting to this now, who went out with Armie Hammer—willingly—and stayed in—willingly—and there wasn’t physical bad stuff happening, OK… we can all agree that’s intolerable—but if there wasn’t any physical coercion, why isn’t this just filed under, ‘That seemed like a good idea at the time—to let Armie Hammer eat me—but it really wasn’t.’ It seems like we don’t have any ownership anymore of our own choices,” he went on to say.
