One of Mariah Carey‘s most famous holiday songs is her cover of “Auld Lang Syne,” though she doesn’t seem to remember the lyrics anymore!

The beloved entertainer took to her social media accounts on New Year’s Eve 2021 to share a video of her singing the song a capella.

Ironically, the lyrics that Mariah couldn’t remember were the title of the song!

“Should auld acquaintance be forgot / And never brought to mind? / Should auld acquaintance be forgot,” Mariah sang before saying, “I don’t know how it goes.”

Mariah then got out some of the other lyrics, “And days of auld lang syne?”

“Never could pronounce it properly,” she then said. “I love you. Happy new year! Let’s hope for better, better days, in 2021 and beyond.”

Jennifer Lopez had her family by her side on New Year’s Eve while celebrating in New York City’s Times Square!

The 51-year-old entertainer was the headliner for the Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest special on Thursday night (December 31) and her family joined her on stage while counting down to midnight.

Jennifer, her fiance Alex Rodriguez, their four kids, and Jen‘s mom were all there to ring in the new year together. You could see them all during the ABC broadcast!

New Year’s Eve 2021 brought us the latest update in the endless saga of the Mariah Carey and Jennifer Lopez feud.

The feud started in the early 2000s when Mariah was being interviewed by a foreign TV station and was asked about other pop stars. When she was asked about JLo, her response was, “I don’t know her.”

In 2014, Andy Cohen asked Mariah about it and she said, “I know from back in the day, I’ve read things that she’s said about me that were not the greatest, but we have never met. Like, we don’t know each other. I think it’s kind of from word of mouth of things that have happened in the past that I’m not really aware of.”

Then at the 2015 Billboard Music Awards, Jennifer was caught looking at her phone while Mariah performed. She later told Andy, “First of all, that was not fair with the texting thing because I watched a lot of it — it was a long performance. I watched most of it, I may have looked down for one second and people were like, ‘Look at her! Look at her!’”

The 25-year-old model and her friends, including Fai Khadra, were spotted stopping by the Green Dragon marijuana dispensary on Thursday night (December 31) in Aspen, Col.

After a day of snowboarding on the slopes, Kendall and her pals went shopping around town to prepare for their New Year’s Eve celebration.

Kendall revealed on the podcast back in September that she’s a stoner.

“I am a stoner,” Kendall said. “No one knows that, so that’s the first time I’ve ever really said anything out there.”

Jennifer Lopez gave an incredible performance in Times Square to wrap up 2020 on New Year’s Eve and there were some tears shed.

The 51-year-old entertainer headlined Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest on Thursday night (December 31) in New York City.

Jennifer kicked off the performance by wearing an outfit that made her look like a giant cake while she gave us the live debut of her new single “In the Morning.”

After performing the new song, Jennifer took a break to talk to the crowd at home and something she said left her with tears in her eyes.

We have photos of fireworks displays in ten different cities that have already rang in the new year and they are so cool to see. Every city has such a different look and it’s awesome to see what each location looks like on the holiday!

In the United States, Times Square always has over a million people packed into the historic spot to watch the ball drop, but the location is nearly empty this year due to the pandemic. Only a select few people who are first responders or essential workers are allowed to be there this year.

Megan Fox grabs her boyfriend Machine Gun Kelly by the cheeks while sharing a cute moment in Times Square on Thursday night (December 31) in New York City.

The 30-year-old rapper performed live on New Year’s Eve for the 2021 Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve special and Megan, 34, was there to show her support.
