Nikki Bella is getting candid about the problems in her relationship.

During a new interview, the 36-year-old Total Bellas star revealed that she and fiance Artem Chigvintsev will be going to couples therapy once he finishes this season of Dancing with the Stars.

“I would be lying to say, ‘Oh, it’s great.’ It has definitely been a struggle for us,” Nikki shared with Us Weekly. “It’s hard. We have so many ups and downs. It’s been so difficult on our relationship because I need so much from him, but he’s, like, torn between his job that requires so much from him and then us at home.”

The 38-year-old dancing pro returned to work shortly after Nikki gave birth to the couple’s son Matteo back in July.

A few weeks ago, Nikki said that she “hated” Artem for going back to work while she raised their newborn son alone while also battling postpartum depression.

Nikki Bella is sharing an update on her relationship with ex John Cena.

During a new interview, the 36-year-old reality star revealed that she and 43-year-old actor former WWE wrestler are on good terms these days.

“John and I will be tied forever. I get that, like, we had a public relationship on a reality show for six years,” Nikki shared with Us Weekly. “All I’ve ever wanted was for him to be happy. So, it makes me happy when I see that and, like, him kicking butt in the movie world and all that stuff. I love that!”

After being together for six years, Nikki and John split up in 2018. She got engaged to DWTS pro Artem Chigvintsev in January of this year, and the couple welcomed their first son, Matteo, back in July.

One day after Nikki gave birth, her twin sister Brie Bella welcomed her second child, son Buddy, with husband Daniel Bryan.

After the sisters gave birth, John reached out to congratulate them.

“So with the baby, he reached out to Brie and I both,” Nikki shared. “We haven’t had an individual conversation in gosh, I don’t know how long, but it was very short and sweet!”

Nikki Bella is explaining why she’s facing backlash for supporting a new book about Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.

The book, “The Rock: Through the Lens: His Life, His Movies, His World” is by Nikki‘s pal Hiram Garcia and she was supporting him when she posted about it.

“We know as authors … how much work you put into making your first book; to any book you have,” Nikki said on her podcast. “And the minute you get your first book published and it hit shelves, how proud you are. You’re just so excited. It’s a huge accomplishment. So when I got his in the mail, I just remember that feeling when we dropped Incomparable.”

“Then I looked at social media and all of a sudden I was like, ‘What the f–k?’ I’m like, how did this turn into a political debate?” Nikki continued, adding that there were comments on the post like, “BOYCOTT ALL BELLA PRODUCTS!!!!” and “Oh noo! TRUMP 2020.”

“I’m not even thinking — of course, the book is about The Rock [or] photography about The Rock — [and] he just endorsed Joe Biden,” she said. “First of all, that never crossed my mind. Not once. It sucks that you can support someone — support a friend and their amazing accomplishment — and how it turns into negativity and you get this backlash and it turns into something so political.”

The Rock did publicly endorse a candidate in the Presidential Election for the first time ever and that candidate is Joe Biden.

Nikki Bella is getting real about her postpartum depression.

During a new episode of her The Bellas Podcast, the 36-year-old reality star admitted she’s been feeling “super depressed” while raising two-month-old son Matteo, as fiance Artem Chigvintsev films Dancing with the Stars.

“I’ve always prided myself that I can fight a lot of things mentally,” Nikki shared. “I’m very strong in that way. Postpartum has knocked me on my ass. This is something that is way different.”

Nikki went on to reveal that she had a “massive” breakdown when she “refused to ask for help” while taking care of her newborn son while also filming the new season of Total Bellas.

“I think [my twin sister], Brie [Bella], was the first person who’s asked me in weeks: ‘How are you doing?’” Nikki said. “I was about to say, ‘Fine,’ and my lips started shaking and I burst into alligator tears. Like, I broke down. Because that was the first time someone asked me in a while how I was doing, and I wasn’t doing OK.”.

After talking with her doctor, Nikki realized that she was starting to “fall into a postpartum depression.”

“I didn’t realize at week seven, you kind of come out of your baby blues and … go two different paths,” Nikki explained. “You go the path of being healthy or you go down the path of being depressed, and that depression path can be a really dark, deep hole. I was starting to feel invisible…It just started to build up. Being alone with Matteo and just feeling lonely and not loved and invisible.”

Nikki said that when Artem comes home from DWTS, he spends time with Matteo, making her feel more alone, until she told him how she felt.

“He’s like ‘At times, I felt like you were starting to hate me,’” Nikki recalled. “He’s like, ‘You could be mean.’ And I’m not gonna lie, I did have moments of being mean. I did have moments when I looked at him and I hated him. It’s true. There were times I’d look at him and I’m like, ‘I think I hate you.’”

Luckily now, the two are communicating more as they raise their son together.

The 36-year-old former wrestler and new mom picked up a few items from her local Whole Foods market while wearing a strapless black dress and matching mask.

Nikki was seen on a phone call while heading back to her car, as she gears up to watch fiance Artem Chigvintsev on the premiere of Dancing With The Stars tonight.

To celebrate the return of the show, which is where she met Artem in season 25, Nikki shared a sweet video of her dancing with Artem.

“Hidden Cam Warning 👀 Mama getting her groove back… postpartum panties out the door, boobies still off limits lol, but everyday feeling more like me… and my Daddy is getting his grove back,” Nikki captioned.

She added, “He hits the ballroom once again tonight on @dancingabc So happy my tiny dancer is back. ❤️ Tune in and vote for him tonight! 💋 #teosdaddy @theartemc.”

Nikki and Artem welcomed their first child, Matteo, in late July.

Nikki Bella is getting real about taking care of her son Matteo.

During a new episode of her “The Bellas” podcast on Tuesday (September 1), the 36-year-old Total Bellas star opened up about taking care of her newborn son as fiance Artem Chigvintsev returns to work on Dancing with the Stars.

“Artem is on Dancing With the Stars and that has left me alone with Matteo and because of COVID, I don’t have any help. It’s just me,” Nikki revealed.

Nikki did add that she does get a “little help” from twin sister Brie Bella and husband Daniel Bryan, who just also welcomed their own son, Buddy, a few weeks ago.

“They’ve been amazing,” Nikki added.

Nikki and 38-year-old DWTS pro welcomed Matteo on July 31. Brie and the 39-year-old wrestler welcomed Buddy on August 1. They are also parents to daughter Birdie, 3.

The twin sisters and new mothers, who gave birth within 24 hours of each other, revealed their bodies on Instagram to showcase their recovery after birth, and they both wore postpartum underwear.

Nikki and her fiance, Artem Chigvintsev, welcomed their newborn baby boy on July 31 and they’re now revealing his name!

Brie and Daniel Bryan welcomed their second child, a son, on August 1. The couple got married back in April of 2014, and are also parents to their 3-year-old daughter Birdie Joe.
