Jana Kramer and her husband Mike Caussin, who has been candid about his battle with sex addiction, have found themselves in a difficult spot.

The 35-year-old country singer revealed that she recently found a topless photo of another woman on his phone.

Mike got the text with the message “Let’s try to meet up this time,” which he says he immediately deleted and blocked the number.

“I see it and I know the right thing to do is to go get Jana, pull her aside and say, ‘Hey. I just received this. I don’t know what the hell it is but I just need you to know.’ I was terrified to do so,” Mike explained on their podcast Whine Down.

Jana ended up seeing the text on his Apple Watch, which made the situation worse.

Mike continued, “It just sucks. As soon as we feel like we’re hitting a good patch, my past behaviors and my past actions come back to haunt me. Because I know I didn’t handle it in the way I had to, it made it even worse. It’s not how Jana and I had agreed on to discuss these things. It’s beyond hurtful to see Jana hurt and upset and feel the things that she feels because of the things I’ve done in the past.”

Jana added, “The sneakiness of feeling like he deleted it…I’m just sick of finding things…The deleting things, whether it was a fluke text, sends me right back to him deleting all the messages that he did with his affairs. It’s just heavy. My anxiety level is through the roof.”

Since the incident, the couple have attended therapy sessions and Jana wrote on her Instagram that they “are good, and have grown stronger from it.”

Jana Kramer is her husband Mike Caussin‘s biggest supporter.

Last week, the 32-year-old former NFL tight end revealed on the 35-year-old singer’s podcast that he had a “massive” relapse in his sex addiction.

Mike revealed that he went to a treatment facility three years ago for 60 days and just celebrated the one-year mark of his sobriety.

Jana took to Instagram on Sunday (March 31) to praise her husband for working hard on his sobriety.

“This past week has been so amazing but I need to do a post for this man here. On Monday he shared his story and his truth about addiction on the podcast which he didn’t have to do by any means but did because he wants to help others. I just want to take a minute to say how proud of him that I am,” Jana writes. “Addiction is a very hard thing for both those going through it and those affected by it but I am so proud of his strength and willingness to be a better man for not only his family but for himself. And I truly can’t wait to see all the people he is going to help on his journey through sobriety. Recovery should be celebrated. Happy one year my love. We got your back and are here for you.”

Jana Kramer and her husband Mike Caussin have revealed that he had a “massive” relapse in his sex addiction.

The couple explained during an episode of her “Whine Down” podcast, where she said the former NFL tight end was in treatment for three years but sober one year, implying the relapse.

“But no sex outside the marriage,” Mike clarified. “I’m not minimizing cheating because we have other things in Jan and I’s discussion of boundaries that’s cheating. But no sex outside of the marriage. I just want people to be clear that there wasn’t any other affair since that moment.”

Jana said he did “something he should not have done that was in a circle that was very red, like, bad and could have been awful.”

She added, “And that was a, you know, massive relapse. Yes, it wasn’t physical out of the marriage, but it was something where the action was basically … We’re just basically happy that someone didn’t show up.”

She then said she caught him, saying, “I showed up at the hotel instead. If you really want to know.”

“Yeah, we’ve been through some s–t,” he added. “Um, yeah, so that’s why even though I’ve been in the program coming on three years, I’m a year sober.”

The 34-year-old country singer gave birth to a baby boy named Jace Joseph Caussin on Thursday (November 29) and she shared the first photo on Instagram.

“Welcome to the world, Jace Joseph Caussin. Our hearts are so full. Thank you to all of our friends and family..and all of you who have supported Mike and I, and our growing family. We are so blessed, and a huge thank you to @avawomen for helping us grow our family. #rainbowbaby #blessed,” Jana wrote on her Instagram account.

Jana and Mike are also the parents of a two-year-old girl named Jolie Rae. Congrats to the happy family!

Jana Kramer hits the red carpet for the premiere of her new movie Support the Girls on Wednesday night (August 22) at the ArcLight Theater in Hollywood, Calif.

The 34-year-old singer/actress dressed her baby bump in a sparkling silver dress as she was joined at the event by her husband Michael Caussin.

Also stepping out for the premiere were fellow cast members Regina Hall, AJ Michalka, Dylan Gelula, Shayna McHayle, and Haley Lu Richardson along with Broad City star Arturo Castro. The after party was held at Avenue Los Angeles.

In the upcoming comedy, a restaurant manager tries to raise money to help one of her employees, but when the owner finds out he does whatever he can to shut the fundraiser down.

Support the Girls hits theaters on August 24.

Jana Kramer and her husband Mike Caussin are pregnant with their second child – and it’s a boy!

“I was convinced it was a girl. Like, absolutely convinced with how sick I’ve been and the cravings I’ve had,” Jana, 34, told Us Weekly. “I was like, ‘OK, I’m definitely having another girl.’ And I kind of secretly wanted a girl because I never had a sister, so I always wanted to know what that was like.”

Jana added, “[Mike] wants to raise his little boy [with] respect and kind of do the things that he wishes he would have done. He’s gonna be such a good dad to a boy. It’s gonna be challenging because in this day and age for boys, you don’t want to be too hard on them, but you still want them to know it’s OK to show emotion and to kind of have that mix.”

Their two-year-old daughter, Jolie, is also excited.

“Now that my belly popped, she’s finally getting it. Like, there’s a baby in my belly, and I’m like, ‘It’s your brother!’ And she’s like, ‘Yay!’ … I can tell that she is very excited for the boy,’” she added.
