Sarah Jessica Parker and her husband Matthew Broderick join some friends for dinner at Morandi in New York City’s West Village on Wednesday night (September 16).

The married couple took advantage of New York City’s outdoor dining. Currently, New York City is now allowing indoor dining due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The city of New York will begin allowing a small percentage of diners to eat indoors beginning on September 30.

Sarah Jessica and Matthew have been spending time in both New York City and the Hamptons recently, where they were recently spotted at the beach together.

Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick are spending Labor Day Weekend in the Hamptons!

The married couple soaked up the sun during a day at the beach on Saturday (September 5) in the Hamptons, New York.

SJP sported a black on-piece bathing suit as she hung out in the sand and chatted with a few friends.

SJP has had a busy summer opening her SJP Collection shoe store in New York City. A few weeks ago, she brought along 11-year-old daughter Tabitha to the store with her!

The other day, SJP took to Instagram to share a video of the stunning sunset from the beach.

“Sept 1st, 2020 Rabbit rabbit X, SJ #bettyelavette,” SJP captioned the below post.

The 55-year-old actress and the 58-year-old actor packed up their car outside of their brownstone on Saturday morning (June 20) in New York City.

Sarah and Matthew were joined by their son James, 17, (not pictured) as they were preparing for a weekend at their house in the Hamptons.

Sarah and Matthew were meant to star in Plaza Suite on Broadway that has unfortunately been delayed until March of 2021 due to the pandemic.

The 55-year-old Sex & The City actress posted a throwback photo in tribute to her husband, Matthew Broderick, in celebration of their 23rd wedding anniversary on Tuesday (May 19) on her Instagram.

“May 19th, 2020. 23 years. We’ve come a long way baby. X, SJ,” she captioned the black-and-white photo.

The two got married in 1997 in Manhattan, and share children James, 17 and 10-year-old twins Marion and Tabitha.

They were also meant to star in a Broadway production that has unfortunately been delayed until March of 2021 due to the pandemic.

“We remain deeply committed to bringing Neil Simon’s Plaza Suite to New York as promised and cannot wait to help welcome audiences back to our beloved Broadway. Until then, everybody please stay safe,” they said in a statement.

Broadway is officially closed until at least September 6, 2020, and now, one production has decided to delay opening until March of 2021.

Sarah Jessica Parker and her husband Matthew Broderick were meant to star in Plaza Suite together, with an intended opening in April 2020. The coronavirus pandemic indefinitely postponed the opening, and now, we’ve learned the show will not take the stage until next year.

The show consists of three one-act plays with three different couples, where SJP and Matthew will play all the roles. Each of the one-acts takes place in Suite 719 at the Plaza Hotel.

The show will play from Friday, March 19, 2021 through Sunday, July 18, 2021 at Hudson Theatre in New York City.

Sean Hayes is taking on a new kind of role in his latest film, Lazy Susan!

The Will & Grace star plays an unmotivated cisgender woman for whom doing nothing is exhausting in the film, which also stars Matthew Broderick, Allison Janney, Carrie Aizley, Margo Martindale, Jim Rash, Kiel Kennedy, Danny Johnson and Darlene Hunt.

In Lazy Susan, Susan (Sean Hayes) has always been the self-centered oddball in her family, who lazily skated through life with their grudging support until one day she wakes up to realize she’s middle-aged with no job, no relationship, and an increasingly estranged family. She finally decides to take charge and turn things around, but never having done anything herself before, the struggle is real (and hilarious) as Susan becomes the woman she always wanted to be, all on her own.

Sarah Jessica Parker is opening up why she doesn’t talk about her marriage with Matthew Broderick publicly.

“It’s a point of pride that there are still lines that we don’t cross,” the Sex & The City actress revealed in an exclusive interview for Parade magazine. “So we don’t talk about our marriage publicly because it’s ours, and it’s the one thing left that’s really and truly ours.”

On playing a couple on-stage on Broadway for The Inheritance: “Doing a portrait of our lives has no interest to me. These characters are not familiar to us at all,” Sarah said. “Their life choices are different, and they live in a different time and place. That’s why the idea of doing this was so interesting.”

On living in New York City together: “We go as a family on the subway; we walk; we do everything we want to do,” SJP said. “Sometimes people approach us, sometimes they don’t. We don’t want to live anywhere else or travel by cars with bodyguards.”
