“Just learned last night that our beloved @codeblack_cbs is officially cancelled,” she captioned the video below. “I thought this was an appropriate post… given the circumstances. It has been an incredible journey @mseitzman – telling universal stories of suffering and hope and family. Thank u for letting me bring #daddy #leeanerorish to life. Thanks @rybrator for always inspiring, and @dmgproductions for your particular brand of kindness. And thx to @cbstv and @abc.tv for our 3 year run.”
“Mostly, thank u to all of our fans who write affirmations every episode about how their lives are reflected and their work is validated by the journey of our characters,” she added. “That’s the point of it all… and you got it! #mama @loueyfromthehood … our babies are leaving the nest. Wishing all a safe flight in our miraculous journey as artists. @iamharryford @hollingsworthb @boriskodjoe @robloweofficial @williamallenyoung @realmoonbloodgood @emilytyra @emilyalind @noahgraycabey_iloveyou @tylertperez @alexlange.
