Keke Palmer is back with new music!

The 26-year-old actress/singer just dropped her latest single “Thick.”

“Thick” is the second single Keke has released in the past few weeks. Back in mid-May, Keke released her song “Sticky” along with the music video, which she filmed while under quarantine.

If you missed it, Keke recently went viral after a video of her asking the National Guard to march in the Black Lives Matter protest was shared.

Keke Palmer has earned praises for her talk with the National Guard today (June 2) in Los Angeles.

The 26-year-old singer, actress and Strahan, Sara & Keke host was on the streets for a peaceful protest this afternoon and urged members of the National Guard to not just kneel with protesters, but march alongside them.

“Stand together with the community, with society to stop, stop the governmental oppression,” she tells them in the video. “We need you. March with us, march beside us.”

While the men aren’t filmed marching beside the protesters, they do take a knee in support.

Keke has been earning praise for her speech to them on social media.

Actress Busy Phillips raved, “I would vote for @KekePalmer for literally anything-she is the real deal and so special.”

Max, who starred with Keke on Nickelodeon, added, “This is my friend and true queen, Keke Palmer. She has been someone I’ve loved, respected and admired, since we did Rags together. She is inspirational. She speaks truth. She demands more from those who are meant to protect us. Amplify strong Black voices right now.”

Keke Palmer turns into a modern Jessica Rabbit in her brand new video for “Sticky”.

The 26-year-old singer and daytime host shared to Billboard about the hot visual that it was filmed in quarantine, “which is also why it is a bit simple.”

She adds that “I was like, ‘I wanna keep it light, I wanna keep it under five [people] on set,’ you know what I mean? So it was definitely something I was being careful with and why I think also played a part in me just keeping it solo and making it just about my looks and serving you attitude and vibes with some of the art direction.”

Keke also shared that the red wig look was her favorite.

“I think I just felt like a little modernized Jessica Rabbit in the red look,” she says. “And then the makeup! I loved it so much, because it was like playing off the red, but it wasn’t red, it was pink. So to me, I was having so much fun with the look — with the whole glam, I think.”

ABC has announced the first wave of performers who will appear in the upcoming special The Disney Family Singalong: Volume II!

The star-studded special is going to air on Mother’s Day on Sunday, May 10 at 7pm ET. Ryan Seacrest is returning as the host for the second edition of the show.

Taking to their living room studios and kitchen stages to sing beloved Disney melodies with the nation are Halsey, Idina Menzel, Ben Platt, Shakira, Rebel Wilson, Seth Rogen, Billy Eichner, Donald Glover, and many more.

Keke Palmer has big news – maybe!

The 26-year-old star of the Nickelodeon teen sitcom True Jackson VP posted a video of herself on TikTok on Tuesday (April 21) dancing to the show’s theme song, which she co-wrote and sang, and has recently become a trending sound on the platform.

“When they cancelled True Jackson VP prematurely just to reboot it in 2021,” the video is captioned, while she tweeted: “Congrats! Another reboot! Y’all made this happen.”

True Jackson VP follows a 15-year-old girl who is randomly hired by a fashion mogul to serve as the Vice President of his company’s youth clothing line. It ran on Nickelodeon for three seasons and 60 episodes before ending in August of 2011.

It’s still not known if Keke was being serious or not, but fans are freaking out regardless!

Keke Palmer paid a visit to Late Night with Seth Meyers on Monday night (March 9) and revealed her dating deal breaker with fans.

The 26-year-old actress and GMA host discussed her new series Singled Out, a Quibi reboot of the MTV dating game show, with host Seth and he questioned her about being on the show.

“Oh, honey, yes,” Palmer said. “I totally would love actually to be on a show like that. I mean, I don’t wanna be on a show like that, but I could see it, my personality.”

Keke Palmer said one of her relationship deal breakers is when her partner doesn’t have their own activities and interests: “You got to have something going on,” she said. “Because I have stuff going on. So I can’t be doing all my stuff and then call you, and you just sitting there waiting for me. That’s too much.”

“I mean, he can text me, but it needs to be, like, you know, he has to have something — He has to have something to do, because, otherwise, it’s just, like, co-dependent,” Keke added.

Singled Out is set to premiere April 6 on the Quibi launch day!
