Amandla Stenberg looked chic in a suit while stepping out for The Hollywood Reporter‘s Power 100 Women In Entertainment event!

The 20-year-old actress hit the carpet on Wednesday (December 5) at Milk Studios in Los Angeles.

She was joined at the event by Elsie Fisher.

Earlier in the week, Amandla stepped out for Equality Now’s Make Equality Reality Gala, where she was honored with the inaugural Changemaker Award.

The honor celebrates the next generation of activists who are championing gender equality and inspiring positive change through self-expression and active citizenship.

Elsie Fisher is joined by Eighth Grade director Bo Burnham on the red carpet at the 2018 Gotham Independent Film Awards on Monday (November 26) at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City.

The 15-year-old actress won the Breakthrough Actor award at the event. Bo was nominated for Bingham Ray Breakthrough Director Award.

Yara Shahidi speaks on stage while being honored at the Girl Up #GirlHero Awards Luncheon on Sunday (October 14) at the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 18-year-old black-ish actress gave an inspiring speech that paid tribute to her mother for teaching her to know her own worth.

“Not only what she’s done for me, but what you’ve done for my brothers as well, is created an environment where it is the expectation that women follow their passions, but more than that, that we walk into every room understanding our worth,” Yara said. “No matter what faulty criteria is put on our voice, we walk in understanding that our existence is criteria enough, is proof enough of our ability to speak on certain issues, on our ability to convey empathy. And more than anything, our importance and emphasis on globalism.”

Also in attendance at the event were Sabrina Carpenter, Katherine McNamara, Ariel Winter, Monique Coleman, and Elsie Fisher with Eighth Grade director Bo Burnham.

Eighth Grade is the movie that everyone is talking about and now it’s expanding into theaters around the country this weekend. Elsie Fisher is the breakout star in the film and we caught up with the young actress to learn more about her!

The 15-year-old actress got her star in the movie business as the voice of Agnes in the movie Despicable Me. She delivered the famous line, “It’s so fluffy, I’m gonna die!”

• 3. My very first pet (who is still alive and thriving, at the ripe old age of 11), my cat Judy, was named after Jimmy Neutron’s mom.
• 4. I like to make music! I can kind of play the piano, acoustic guitar, and ukulele, but I also really love making stuff on the computer.
• 5. I read a lot of books when I was younger, to the point where my mom got mad at me because I’d read at school instead of making friends. I never really picked up the habit again though.
