Dove Cameron is saying goodbye to 2019 in her latest Instagram post of the year.

The 23-year-old actress and singer admits that it’s “been such a massive year for me, in so many ways. some extremely dark, and some, sources of bright light.”

Dove continues, “2019 will forever be the year i started investing in one of the biggest parts of what makes me who i am, my love and expression through music. and for that, i am incredibly grateful.”

“thank you for your immediate and passionate support in what was just the start of this big new era for me, i feel it in all appendages in my body, n hopefully forever & always. who’s ready for 2020 ?? ((ps: also what’s your fav so far, im reading comments for science)).”

Dove Cameron is letting her fans know all about her love for Jennifer Lawrence!

The 23-year-old actress and singer took to Twitter on Monday (December 30) to offer her hand in marriage to the Oscar-winning actress.

“if jennifer lawrence will have me, i’d like to publicly ask for her hand in marriage,” Dove tweeted.

Sadly for Dove, Jennifer just got married to Cooke Maroney a couple months ago during a star-studded wedding in Rhode Island.

We don’t think Dove will be too heartbroken as she has already found the love of her life – Thomas Doherty!

Dove Cameron is sharing the stories behind some of her Instagram photos!

The 23-year-old “Out of Touch” singer and actress sat down with The Ellen Show for a fun video and look back at some of her pics.

In one photo, Dove poses with Ariana Grande at a rehearsal for Hairspray Live back in 2016, and it featured none other than her mom in the background.

“This is me and Ari. This was when we were doing rehearsals still, we were testing hair and makeup,” she shares. “And that’s my mom in the background,” she added while laughing.

“She’s such a sweet woman. She’s never aware of anything going on around her,” Dove added. Check out the full pic, with photobomb, right here!

Dove Cameron walks the blue carpet at opening night of Frozen the Musical held at the Hollywood Pantages Theatre on Friday night (December 6) in Hollywood.

The 23-year-old entertainer wore a sweet floral dress to the event just after debuting a brand new song, “Out Of Touch” from her upcoming album.

The 23-year-old singer shared the visual with fans on Friday (December 6).

“On ♡ friday ♡ one of my favorite tracks i’ve done so far will be released 🥺,” Dove previously shared on Instagram.

The video features Dove singing to the camera in a red coat before taking it off to reveal a black crop top and long black gloves.

Dove Cameron is chatting all about her tattoos in a new interview with Refinery29.

Check out the meanings behind some of the 23-year-old actress’s ink:

On getting her first tattoo, in a unconventional way: “I got my first tattoo when was 14 — illegally and without parental permission. My best friend made friends with this guy who had a tattoo gun. He told us he’d been practicing on oranges and was ready. Keep in mind we’re in 7th grade and I still had braces.”

On the one she’ll get in honor of her father: “My dad passed away when I was 15, and when I was younger he used to always have me say, ‘Candy is dandy but liquor is quicker’. I think it’s from Willy Wonka, but it’s such an inappropriate thing for a child to say. He would always send me up to people and be like, ‘Go tell that person what I said!’ It would piss off my grandparents to no end and it makes me laugh so much and reminds me of the kind of person he was. I don’t have any tattoos for my dad yet, so I am planning to get ‘candy is dandy’ soon.”

On getting a matching tattoo with co-star Kiersey Clemons: “After that, I got an X with [actress] Kiersey Clemons. We did our first movie together [Cloud 9], and we fell madly in love. On my 21st birthday, we went to Vegas and we were so drunk and Kiersey was like, ‘Let’s get an X and an O, so we’re X and O and bonded! Pinky swear!’ It was pretty cute. She wanted the O for wholeness and I wanted the X because it was at a crossroads in my life — or whatever figurative s*** we came up with that night.”
