Doutzen Kroes is enjoying a day in the sun!

The 34-year-old Dutch supermodel and former Victoria’s Secret Angel spent the day at the beach alongside her five-year-old daughter Myllena (not pictured) on Saturday (June 8) in Ibiza, Spain.

Doutzen looked fit in a bikini as she enjoyed spending some time in the water.

She also shared an important message about the ocean on the same day on her Instagram.

“Today it’s World Oceans Day – We produce 311 million tons of new plastic every year. More and more plastic waste is floating in our oceans and seas and every year, about 5 million tons end up in it. 90% of seabirds now have plastic in their intestines. If we don’t do anything about the marine pollution, then in 2030 there will be no less than 300 million tonnes of plastic waste in our oceans,” she wrote.

Gisele, on the damage to the environment: “The damage we are doing to the environment affects us all. It is a global issue that needs to be met with global action.”

Naomi, on striving to be sustainable in her fashion choices: “I don’t care how old it is, if I have a connection or an affiliation or a love of the creativity of the person who made it and the design, I’m wearing it.”

Doutzen, on taking small steps to sustainability: “We don’t have plastic bags; I take a [reusable] shopping bag. I drive my husband crazy. Every time he goes shopping, I tell him, ‘Bring the bag!

Anja, on working with Parley for the Oceans on a campaign against plastic straws: “It’s the first step. Once someone remembers to order that drink without the straw, they will soon say no to the plastic cup, and then the plastic bottle. The next thing you know, they’re voting for a politician who believes in climate change.”

The 27-year-old model hit the pink carpet at the event on Monday night (June 3) at the Brooklyn Museum of Art in New York City.

The models, ages 34 and 28, respectively, stepped out for the event held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday (May 6) in New York City.

Doutzen popped in a hot pink lace and tulle gown with a long train, and Jourdan turned into a real-life red rose.

Doutzen walked with designer Alexandre Birman.

The 45-year-old model and the 29-year-old Tokio Hotel rockers were all born in Germany!

Oprah Winfrey is all smiles as she poses alongside Janelle Monae while attending the Stella McCartney show as part of the Paris Fashion Week Womenswear Fall/Winter 2019/2020 on Monday (March 4) in Paris, France.
