An Oscar-winning actor recently confirmed that he has joined the cast of the fourth Thor movie and he revealed who he will be playing!

Not much is known about the upcoming movie, but it’s going to hit theaters on May 6, 2022. Less than a year away!

Chris Hemsworth posted a photo of him with his son on Instagram this week and it’s a very cute pic!

The photo shows Chris holding his son’s hand with the caption, “Holding my little man’s hand and asking him the age old question. ‘What do you want to be when you grow up’ ‘Dad i wanna be Superman’ Lucky I have two other kids.” The pic was supposed to be a funny joke, because Chris plays a different superhero, Thor, in the Marvel films.

The photo also features Chris‘ signature buff arms, but there’s one aspect of the photo that some people can’t get over, including his brother, Luke Hemsworth.

Chris Hemsworth has revealed his son’s favorite superhero and it’s sadly not Thor!

The 37-year-old actor took to Instagram on Monday (May 24) to share a new photo from the set of the upcoming movie Thor: Love and Thunder.

Chris is seen holding the hand of one of his seven-year-old twin boys, Tristan or Sasha. In the caption, he revealed what his son wants to be when he grows up.

Chris Hemsworth heads into a local restaurant alongside his younger brother, Liam, for a dinner out with friends at Totti’s in Sydney, Australia on Wednesday (May 19).

The two actor brothers looked to coordinate their looks with white tees while arriving at the eatery to grab a bite to eat together in Bondi Beach, along with mom Leonie.

Chris and Liam‘s dinner sighting comes just after Liam shared a rare selfie with his girlfriend, Gabriella Brooks, on social media.

The post was in celebration of Gabriella‘s birthday.

Chris Hemsworth is sharing a very rare photo of his kids!

In honor of Mother’s Day, the 37-year-old Avengers actor took to Instagram to share a throwback photo of wife Elsa Pataky holding all three of their kids – India, 8, and 7-year-old twin sons Tristan and Sasha.

Chris also shared a photo of him and his mom Leonie.

Chris Hemsworth is putting some swagger in his dance moves!

The 37-year-old Thor: Love and Thunder actor got his groove on next to wife Elsa Pataky as they danced their way into an all-white party over the weekend in Sydney, Australia.

“With those dance moves how could I say no! 💃 #whiteparty,” Elsa captioned the fun Instagram.

The video shows Chris and Elsa showing off their best moves while in all white attire for the party.

In an additional Instagram, Elsa showed off more photos from their party, that Matt Damon also attended.

Chris Hemsworth steps out for a casual meet up with some pals of his for lunch in Sydney, Australia on Sunday afternoon (April 25).

The 37-year-old Thor actor kept it low key in a plain grey t-shirt and jeans, and a white ball cap as he met up with some of his friends at a local eatery for some lunch.

After catching up with his mates and watching a sports game at the restaurant, Chris left out the back door.

Chris is still working on filming Thor: Love and Thunder at the moment, and will next be working on Furiosa, a prequel to Mad Max: Fury Road.

“Great press conference discussing mad max Furiosa. Huge thanks to George Miller and Doug Mitchell for the opportunity and state and federal government for all their support and making it possible to shoot here in NSW Australia,” he wrote on Instagram following the press conference last week.

He added, “Can’t wait to kick it off. Gonna pour my heart, soul, blood sweat and tears into this one!!”
