Amber Tamblyn is sharing Quentin Tarantino‘s thoughts regarding the steady stream of sexual harassment and assault allegations coming out against Harvey Weinstein over the past week.

The 34-year-old actress shared on Twitter that she went to a “long dinner” with the 54-year-old director, who then asked her to issue a statement on his behalf regarding his longtime collaborator, Harvey.

“For the last week, I’ve been stunned and heartbroken about the revelations that have come to light about my friend for 25 years Harvey Weinstein. I need a few more days to process my pain, emotions, anger and memory and then I will speak publicly about it,” the statement reads.

When one person told Amber that they’d wait to see what Quentin says before passing judgment, she replied: “This is a very good plan. Trust me. I’m a patriarchy whisperer.”

The Weinstein Company produced all of Quentin‘s films, including Pulp Fiction and Django Unchained.

Amber Tamblyn has written a powerful piece about sexual assault and the stigma surrounding women who come forward with accusations.

In her New York Times op-ed, the 34-year-old actress stated that she is “done with not being believed.”

She and actor James Woods, 70, have been involved in a Twitter feud after she called him out for trying to pick her up when she was 16.

“This is less about what just happened with Woods and more about Woods Culture and how we can end it,” Amber shared on Twitter.

Amber begins by recalling a time when a producer on a TV show dismissed her concerns after a crew member made her feel unsafe.

“For women in America who come forward with stories of harassment, abuse and sexual assault, there are not two sides to every story, however noble that principle might seem,” Amber wrote. “Women do not get to have a side. They get to have an interrogation. Too often, they are questioned mercilessly about whether their side is legitimate. Especially if that side happens to accuse a man of stature, then that woman has to consider the scrutiny and repercussions she’ll be subjected to by sharing her side.”

Amber Tamblyn and James Woods are now involved in a Twitter feud after she called him out for trying to pick her up when she was a teenager.

It all started after Woods criticized the movie Call Me By Your Name for featuring a young gay romance. The film’s star Armie Hammer then pointed out how he has dated teenager when he was three times her age.

“James Woods tried to pick me and my friend up at a restaurant once. He wanted to take us to Vegas. ‘I’m 16′ I said. ‘Even better’ he said,” Amber wrote in a reply to Armie.

Someone then wrote to Woods and said, “What makes a 24yo/17yo gay relationship inherently indecent but skeevy old guys trying to pick up a pair of 16 year old girls is okay?”

“The first is illegal. The second is a lie,” James replied.

Amber responded by sharing her text message conversation with the friend who was at the restaurant. “Since I know people love to question the integrity and honesty of women when they come forward with stories like this, here you go,” she said.

“Calling me liar, James? This is now far from over. That I can promise,” Amber added.

Amber Tamblyn is speaking out to reveal how actor James Woods once tried to pick her up when she was only 16 years old.

The actress made the claim after Armie Hammer pointed out that Woods has dated women a third of his age following his tweet about the gay romance movie Call Me By Your Name.

“James Woods tried to pick me and my friend up at a restaurant once. He wanted to take us to Vegas. ‘I’m 16′ I said. ‘Even better’ he said,” Amber tweeted in response to Armie‘s tweet.

Amber is 34 now, which means James was around 52 at the time.

America Ferrera and Amber Tamblyn had a mini Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants reunion – with a new addition!

The former co-stars got together over the weekend and were joined by Amber‘s adorable 5-month-old daughter, Marlow.

America took to her Instagram to share the cutest photo of the trio, where she can be seen giving Marlow a kiss on the head.

“#thefutureisSisterhood,” America captioned the selfie.

The cast last had a mini reunion when Blake Lively and Alexis Bledel stepped out to support Amber at the premiere of Paint It Black in May.
