A new report claims that Amber Heard has not delivered on the promise to donate her full $7 million divorce settlement from Johnny Depp to charity.

The 34-year-old actress promised back in 2016 that she was going to donate $3.5 million to both Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and the American Civil Liberties Union.

Daily Mail has shared documents from CHLA that show Amber has only donated $100,000 so far to the organization, despite the charity reaching out to her in 2019 to ask if she still intended on delivering the remaining amount. The outlet says that Johnny‘s lawyers believe the promise to donate the money was a “sham.”

Now, Amber‘s lawyers are speaking out in response to the story.

The 34-year-old Aquaman actress and girlfriend Bianca Butti stopped by a few stores to grab some snacks while out on Wednesday afternoon (January 6) in San Diego, Calif.

Amber Heard is opening up about her roles in projects that have a fan-base of “nerds” and how she loves the nerds.

The 34-year-old actress chatted with ComicBook.com about the upcoming Snyder cut of Justice League.

“I’m super excited about it. We just wrapped on reshoots and I just love nerds. I f–king love nerds, excuse my language,” she said.

Amber then said “nerd passion” is something she searches for when looking for projects.

“He’s a perfect example, Zack [Snyder] is a perfect example of a nerd,” Amber said. “You know, I got into this project on The Stand because of another true, die hard nerd, which is Josh Boone, who connected all of us on this project as he was adapting the book for Stephen [King}. And I think it’s just a good rule of thumb to follow, especially in this genre which I love. It’s like follow the nerd, the nerd passion is where you want to be.”

Amber Heard isn’t leaving Aquaman 2.

The 34-year-old actress has broken her silence following a petition that has now reached a ton of signatures called for her firing from the upcoming movie.

The petition came just after her ex, Johnny Depp, was forced to exit his own movie series, Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them, after the verdict came on his libel case against The Sun, which labeled him a “wife beater”.

While Johnny has amicably left his movie, Amber has no intention of leaving Aquaman behind, nor has Warner Bros. asked her to do so.

“I’m super excited about the amount of fan love and the amount of fan appreciation that Aquaman has acquired and that it has garnered so much excitement for Aquaman and Mera that it means we’ll be coming back,” she told Entertainment Weekly. “I’m so excited to film that.”

She went on, opening up about all the speculation about her role in the movie.

“Paid rumors and paid campaigns on social media don’t dictate [casting decisions] because they have no basis in reality,” Amber added. “Only the fans actually made Aquaman and Aquaman 2 happen. I’m excited to get started next year.”

Still, a second Aquaman movie hasn’t been greenlit just yet.

Amber starred as Mera in the film, who is Aquaman’s Atlantian queen.
