'For Life' Gets New Life in Limited Run on IMDBTV

For Life is getting a new life on ImdbTV!

The series, which was cancelled by ABC after two seasons earlier this year, will have a limited run on the free streaming service from Amazon.

Deadline adds that Sony Pictures Television has also extended the options on the cast until the end of July.

Based on how the run goes, the series could get a season three.

Inspired by the life of Isaac Wright, Jr, For Life centered on a prisoner (Nicholas Pinnock) who becomes a lawyer, litigating cases for other inmates while fighting to overturn his own life sentence for a crime he didn’t commit.

His quest for freedom is driven by his desperate desire to get back to the family he loves and reclaim the life that was stolen from him.
