John Legend Calls Out Michael Costello's 'Lie' About Chrissy Teigen

John Legend is speaking out to defend his wife Chrissy Teigen against the “lie” being spread by fashion designer Michael Costello.

In case you missed it, Michael shared alleged Instagram DMs with Chrissy that he said proved that she bullied him years ago.

Now, Chrissy‘s team is saying that the DMs he shared are fake and a whole bunch of inconsistencies were pointed out in a new article.

John shared that article and said, “Chrissy apologized for her public tweets, but after her apology, Mr Costello fabricated a DM exchange between them. This exchange was made up, completely fake, never happened.”

He continued, “Honestly I don’t know why anyone would fake DMs to insert themselves in this narrative, but that’s what happened. I encourage everyone who breathlessly spread this lie to keep that same energy when they correct the record.”
