Cardi B Teases Her Role in 'Fast 9': 'I've Got Tricks Up My Sleeve'

Cardi B is opening up about joining the Fast & Furious family!

The 28-year-old “WAP” superstar is set to appear in the latest installment in the franchise and she discussed her role in an interview on Tuesday (June 15).

Cardi shared that she was initially approached to join the film by the franchise’s star, Vin Diesel.

“Vin Diesel reached out and was talking about a role,” she explained. “And I’m like, ‘It’s freaking Fast and Furious! Get me there, put me on a plane!’”

She had nothing but nice things to say about her co-star, “Being around Vin, he’s just so nice and so goofy. He made me feel so comfortable that I’m just so excited. He’s a badass!”

She also opened up about her character in the films and what fans could expect from her.

“I like the fact that I’m representing such a powerful, strong woman. She’s just that bitch,” she said of her character, Leysa, adding, “I’ve got a little tricks up my sleeve for you motherf–kers!”
