Dave Chappelle to Require Rapid COVID-19 Tests at Newly Announced Live Shows

Comedian Dave Chappelle has just announced two new comedy shows that will have live audiences, but the attendees will be required to take a rapid Coronavirus test at the door despite your vaccination status.

You read that right: even if you’re vaccinated, you will need to take a rapid Coronavirus test. If the test is positive for any attendee and their family member, they will be denied entry to the show.

The shows will take place at Connecticut’s Foxwoods Resort and Casino in late June.

“Masks will be required at all times while in the venue,” the event page added. “Additionally, each ticket holder will receive a mandatory rapid COVID-19 antigen test, prior to entering the venue. If COVID-19 is detected by the rapid test, that individual and all members of the same household will not be allowed to enter and will be given a refund.”
