Sebastian Maniscalco Says He's 'Coming Prepared' for MTV VMAs 2019 Hosting Gig!

Sebastian Maniscalco paid a visit to Jimmy Kimmel Live on Monday (August 5), and talked about hosting the upcoming 2019 MTV Video Music Awards!

“I kind of follow it from afar, I don’t know who is feuding with who or whose throwing shade – but I’m excited,” the comedian admitted to Jimmy about keeping up with pop culture.

“It’s going to be a challenge for me, a new audience for me,” Sebastian added. “I’m coming prepared.”

This year, the show will added two new categories – Best K-Pop and Video For Good – and Marc Jacbos is set to receive the first-ever MTV Fashion Trailblazer Award.

During the interview, Sebastian Maniscalco talks about traveling with his dad, his love of eating, trying to make his daughter laugh, being in the movie The Irishman, performing in front of Al Pacino and Sylvester Stallone.

The MTV VMAs 2019 will air on MTV on Monday, August 26 at 8 pm ET!
