Billy Eichner Will Star in a Gay Romantic Comedy Movie!

Billy Eichner will be starring in an untitled romantic comedy for Universal!

The 40-year-old actor, who got his big break with the beloved series Billy on the Street, will also co-write the film.

Nick Stoller, who directed Neighbors, is set to direct, co-write, and co-produce. Judd Apatow‘s Apatow Productions is working on the project too!

The comedy will “center around two men who have commitment problems and are attempting a relationship,” according to Deadline.

“Getting emotional reading all your messages about this, especially from my LGBTQ friends. I will do my best not to let you down!!!” Billy wrote on Twitter after the news was announced.
