Thomas Middleditch and his ex wife Mollie Gates‘ divorce settlement has been finalized and she’s being given a large sum after their split.
The 39-year-old Silicon Valley actor and his wife filed for divorce in May of 2020 after four years of marriage.

A former co-star of Thomas Middleditch is reacting to the accusations against the star as he’s being accused of sexual misconduct.
Alice Wetterlund doesn’t seem that surprised that the accusations happened and in a tweet, says that she’s been trying to tell everyone since co-starring with him in Silicon Valley.

Ten women have come forward and accused Thomas, as well as former founders of Cloak and Dagger, which has shut down, of not addressing the allegations.
According to one of the women, Thomas had made “lewd sexual overtures toward her and her girlfriend. She turned him down, but he kept pursuing her, groping her in front of her friends and several employees, including the club’s operations manager.”

Thomas is just the latest Hollywood star to be accused of sexual misconduct. David Dobrik and members of the Vlog Squad have also been accused.
Silicon Valley‘s Thomas Middleditch is being accused of sexual misconduct from events that allegedly took place back in 2019.
The allegations reportedly took place at the now closed Hollywood goth club Cloak & Dagger. Ten women are accusing the club’s founders, Adam Bravin and Michael Patterson, of not addressing the allegations. Thomas was named among the men.
One employee at the club, Hannah Harding, came forward and explained, that on the night of October 22, 2019, Thomas made “lewd sexual overtures toward her and her girlfriend. She turned him down, but he kept pursuing her, groping her in front of her friends and several employees, including the club’s operations manager, Kate Morgan,” the Los Angeles Times reports.
She told Bravin and Patterson, but they allegedly dismissed her. Hannah further provided Instagram messages she was sent by Middleditch, which allegedly read, “Hannah I had no idea my actions were that weird for you … I know you probably want to just put me on blast as a monster … I don’t expect you to want to be my friend or anything … I am so ashamed I made you uncomfortable.”
Hannah added there was a second incident with Middleditch at the club, and instead of the owners believing the stories, they called them to ask questions and seemed to side with him.
“Adam called me ‘to make sure and get a second opinion on him’ because they didn’t trust my story in the first place. They cared more about famous people at their club than women’s safety,” Hannah said.
Middleditch and his wife recently filed for divorce. He once explained they had an “untraditional” marriage.

People has obtained court documents filed by Mollie on May 28. She filed for divorce and listed their date of separation as May 22.
Mollie, who listed the reason for separation as irreconcilable differences, has asked for spousal support. The couple did not have any children.
“They still care deeply for each other and will move forward as friends,” a source told the outlet about the split.
Last year, Thomas got very open about his marriage in an interview and said that he and Mollie saved their marriage by becoming swingers. He later said he regretted what he said.
“To be honest, it’s a thing I wish I could take back. It was poor execution. But I’ve learned to keep things a little more close to the chest,” he said on The Daily Beast‘s podcast last month. “It was a painful [learning experience], to be honest.”
