Kelley Flanagan is sharing new details about her nasty split from Peter Weber.

In a new interview, Kelley, 29, opened up about her relationship with the 29-year-old former The Bachelor after dating for several months before officially splitting in February.

While talking with the Chicks in the Office podcast, Kelley said that she decided things were over between she and Peter when they didn’t have a lot in common.

“He loves Pokémon cards and he loves playing video games and he loves going out and partying,” Kelley said. “There was a while where I was trying to convince myself that that’s what I liked and I was like, ‘Alright, Kelley, let’s be honest with yourself. Does that add up for you?’”

When they first split in December 2020, Kelley asked Peter to wait to publicly announce their split until after she could tell more people, but he went against her wishes and posted about it on New Year’s Eve.

“I asked him not to do it on New Year’s and I was like, ‘Can you just give me a couple days to tell people?’” Kelley recalled, adding that she even consulted with ABC about when to announce their split.

The execs recommended that they announce their breakup right before the premiere of The Bachelor in January, saying, “‘Do it the day before, drown it out… people will be excited about other things.’ But “[Peter] had to do it in 2020,” Kelley said.

Kelley and Peter decided to give their relationship another chance right around Valentine’s Day, but they split for goodly shortly later “on very bad terms.”

“It ended really badly,” Kelley explained. “I essentially went off on him. I ended up leaving New York and going to one of my girlfriend’s houses and hanging out with her.”

“He texted me, I didn’t respond and then found some news out that I wasn’t happy about,” Kelley continued. “We still had each other on Find My Friends, we were closing it out, it was ending but still wasn’t necessarily done.”

When they really called it quits, Kelley told Peter to “get the hell out of my life” and “lose my number.”

In a recent interview, Peter revealed a few things that Bachelor producers encourage contestants to do.

It looks like Matt James and Rachael Kirkconnell are giving it another go.

The 29-year-old Bachelor alum reunited with the winner of Season 25, Page Six reported on Wednesday (May 5).

“They are back together, but Matt is hesitant to publicly and outrightly confirm it right now because it’s still fresh and they still have issues to work through,” a source told the outlet.

“Rachael already faced scrutiny for her past, and now all eyes have shifted to Matt, so he’s feeling pressure to set a good example for other black men. He’s aware that people are not going to be happy that he jumped back into a relationship with Rachael so soon. So while he is happy to have her in his life again, he is not ready to scream it from the rooftops yet.”

Rachael confirmed that they are together in a WSJ Magazine profile published on the same day, while Matt said they are “trying to make it work.”

He also said that when it comes to romance, he’s aiming to “have critical conversations about being in this relationship and what I need in a partner — especially if that woman isn’t black — to understand what comes with me and my life and being black.”

“It’s on people who care about being allies to do the work to be truly antiracist. And I think it’s unfair to leave people without the ability to unlearn and be better,” he added.

At first, Matt was sticking by her side, but he couldn’t continue their relationship after Rachael expressed that she didn’t understand why people were offended by the images.

The 29-year-old pilot appeared on an episode of Us Weekly’s podcast Here for the Right Reasons alongside fellow contestant Dustin Kendrick and shared some intel about what goes on during filming for the show.

When asked about his title as Bachelor who kissed the most women on night one, Peter said he’s actually not sure he fully deserves the label.

Colton Underwood is reacting to a clip of The Bachelor that went incredibly viral featuring Billy Eichner.

After Colton came out as gay on Wednesday (April 14), fans quickly remembered a moment during his season in 2019 when the comedian showed up to provide advice and banter – with some unintended foreshadowing.

“I’m gay. I know that’s a shock, Colton. And that, I think, you should look into. Maybe you’re the first gay Bachelor and we don’t even know!” Billy joked at that time.

“Congrats @coltonunderwood. If you’re gay, be gay! I’ve been gay forever and I love it!” Billy captioned a clip of that viral moment on his Instagram.

“Love you. Love this (now) and now I love being gay,” Colton replied in the comments, to which Billy responded: “See you at the club, Colton!”

The long-discussed gay edition of The Bachelor could be coming soon!

After former Bachelor star Colton Underwood came out as gay to much public support in an interview on Wednesday (April 14), producers might just take the opportunity to retool the hit series.

Production sources from the show tell TMZ that Colton‘s been getting a lot of support, and “a number of producers” were moved by the announcement, resulting in informal talks over the last few days about a gay season of The Bachelor.

“Our sources say the bigwigs on the show haven’t weighed in and there has been no formal discussion, but creative ideas for TV shows typically begin with shop talk among producers and other staff, and that’s happening now,” TMZ reported.

It’s not yet known if Colton would be interested in participating in another season, but many people on the staff are reportedly very supportive of his decision to come out.

He is also no longer under contract with The Bachelor, and the interview was his own doing. However, TMZ reports that Colton called producers to let them know that the interview was happening one night before.

At the same time, it’s been confirmed that Colton is already doing another show to document his coming out journey.
