Arrow star Stephen Amell was making an appearance on the Inside of You podcast and the topic being discussed was mental health.

In the middle of the recording, Stephen had a panic attack and had to leave.

“Coming off the ending of his 8 year tenure with Arrow, Stephen opens up a lot about being at his wits’ end and being completely burnt out mentally, physically, and emotionally. This all leads to Stephen suffering a panic attack mid show… leaving in an unprecedented manner… and then returning with enough bravery to re-address his current mental health,” the episode’s synopsis reads.

Stephen explained a bit on Twitter, adding, “I did Rosey’s podcast after Arrow ended. We had to cut it short because I had a full on panic attack. It wasn’t pretty. I came back a few weeks ago to chat about it. I was in a really bad spot and I’m happy to report that I’m doing much better. Listen please :)”

Stephen Amell was spotted wearing a Los Angeles Rams shirt while getting for Monday Night Football!

The 38-year-old Arrow actor and his wife Cassandra Jean were seen taking a trip to the game on Monday (November 25) from Palm Springs, Calif.

The Rams are playing the Baltimore Ravens for the big game on ESPN. At the time of this posting, the game is still in progress, but things aren’t looking good for the Rams as they’re down by a lot!

Stephen Amell has wrapped his final episode for the final season of Arrow on The CW.

“Words can’t even begin to express what Arrow has meant to me. Best 8 years of my life. The cast and crew of the show have become my family. I’m going to miss them. I’m wrapped,” Stephen tweeted out to his fans.

If you missed it, Stephen previously spoke about Arrow’s last season and his feelings on the show coming to a close.

Don’t get too down, Arrow fans. There could be a spinoff show one day!

The 38-year-old Arrow actor wore a hot dog costume while Cassandra, 34, wore a can of beans costume. Their costume is a reference to the “Is it the frank or the beans” moment from There’s Something About Mary!

After the party, Stephen was spotted going barefoot while walking to their car.

Cassandra recently landed a recurring role on the second season of The CW’s Roswell, New Mexico.

Alexander Ludwig has joined the cast of the upcoming Starz wrestling series Heels alongside Stephen Amell.

The 27-year-old actor is best known for his work in The Hunger Games, the History Channel series Vikings, and the upcoming movie Bad Boys for Life.

Set in a close-knit Georgia community, Heels “follows a family-owned wrestling promotion as two brothers and rivals, Jack (Amell) and Ace (Ludwig) Spade, war over their late father’s legacy. In the ring, somebody must play the good guy (Ludwig) and somebody must play their nemesis, the heel (Amell). But in the real world, those characters can be hard to live up to — or hard to leave behind,” according to Deadline.

The hourlong drama series will get eight episodes.

Stephen Amell has booked his next project!

The 38-year-old actor is currently working on the final season of Arrow and then he’ll begin work on wrestling series Heels for Starz. The hourlong drama will get an eight-episode first season.

Deadline reports that “Heels is about the men and women who chase their dreams in the world of small town pro wrestling. Set in a close-knit Georgia community, it follows a family-owned wrestling promotion as two brothers and rivals — one of them played by Amell — war over their late father’s legacy. In the ring, somebody must play the good guy and somebody must play their nemesis, the heel (Amell). But in the real world, those characters can be hard to live up to — or hard to leave behind.”

“In the ring, Amell’s Jack Spade is the charismatic villain, or heel, of the Duffy Wrestling Association (DWA). In the real world, he’s its hard-working owner, a husband and father trying to make ends meet while fighting to realize his impossible dreams. He has the mind of an artist in the body of a warrior, and a Steve Jobs-ian need for perfection — and for control. He says he’ll do whatever it takes to build the DWA into an empire. Will he go so far as to risk his marriage, or his relationship with his brother?”

Glee actor Mike O’Malley, who played Finn’s dad, will be the showrunner!

The 100‘s Tasya Teles, All American‘s Samantha Logan, Taye Diggs, Michael Evans Behling, Daniel Ezra, Jalyn Hall, Cody Christian and Bre-Z; and In The Dark‘s Perry Mattfeld, Casey Diedrick, Morgan Krantz, Brooke Markham, and Keston John were also stopped at the party.
