Rachel Zoe is opening up about the terrifying accident that happened while on a ski trip with her family.

The 49-year-old fashion designer and former Bravo star took to her Instagram Stories on Monday (December 21) to reveal what happened.

Rachel shared a photo of her nine-year-old son Skyler in a hospital bed and explained that he fell of a ski lift on Sunday.

“So I don’t typically share like this but I’m posting this to remind everyone how fragile life is and how it can turn in a minute… this is Sky yesterday in the ER and I will share what happened when I feel more ready. The outcome is Sky is doing great and the bravest boy I’ve ever known, but Rodger and I are shattered and numb but woke up today with gratitude for a miracle that Sky is safe and OK.”

Rachel later shared more details.

“Sky fell 40 feet from a ski lift yesterday which could have been easily prevented if the operator had stopped the lift when he saw sky wasn’t on from the start and Rodger screaming to stop the lift,” Rachel said. “Needless to say by a miracle and the Ski patrol heroes who quickly put a mat under where they thought he would fall ultimately saved his life or from what could have happened.”

“Sky is in great spirits but sore and banged up a bit but otherwise a brave champion. Mom and Dad scarred for life but Sky wanted to say this,” Rachel added. She then shared a video of Sky.

He said, “Hi everyone. I’m okay, just sore. To show you that I’m okay, I’m gonna stand up — see look, I can stand up — and I can walk. See, I’m totally fine, it’s just I’m a little sore and I’m kinda hurting, but I’m fine.”

So many stars are stepping out for the premiere Netflix’s new animated series Green Eggs and Ham!

Ellen DeGeneres, who serves as an executive producer on the show, was joined by the show’s voice cast Adam DeVine, Keegan-Michael Key, Diane Keaton, and Ilana Glazer at the premiere on Sunday afternoon (November 3) at the Hollywood American Legion Post 43 in Los Angeles.

Other stars at the premiere included Adam‘s fiancee Chloe Bridges, Malin Akerman, Veep‘s Reid Scott and son Conrad, American Horror Story actress Adina Porter, Young Sheldon star Iain Armitage, This Is Us actor Lonnie Chavis, along with Rachel Zoe, husband Rodger Berman and sons Skyler and Kaius.

Green Eggs and Ham will debut on Netflix on Friday, November 8th.

The 49-year-old Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt star was joined at the event by Rachel Zoe and her son Skyler Morrison Berman, Kyle MacLachlan and his wife Desiree Gruber and their son Callum Lyon MacLachlan, as well as Brooke Shields and her two daughters Rowan and Grier Henchy.

The 46-year-old designer and businesswoman received the Mother Of The Year Award at the Associates For Breast and Prostate Cancer Studies Mother’s Day Luncheon on Wednesday (May 9) at the Four Seasons Los Angeles in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The luncheon benefited breast and prostate cancer research at the John Wayne Cancer Institute at Providence Saint John’s Health Center.

Dr. Drew Pinsky was honored with the Father of the Year Award, while Mercedes Javid was honored with the Woman of Achievement Award. Kym Whitley emceed the event.

Rachel was joined by husband Rodger Berman and their sons Kaius and Skyler Berman.

Rachel Zoe celebrated her son Skyler‘s birthday in style!

The fashion designer and businesswoman threw a huge 7th birthday bash for Skyler on Sunday (March 25) hosted by Little Tikes x Fun Zone at Temescal Canyon Park in Pacific Palisades, Calif.

The circus-themed party featured fun activities for over 60 kids in attendance, including The Fun Zone Drop Zone, Fun Zone Dual Twister and Fun Zone Tumblin’ Tower Climber. Skyler also received a trampoline as one of his presents!

Rachel posed for cute pictures with Skyler and her four-year-old son Kaius.

Sara Foster and Molly Sims also attended the party with their children.

Jessica Alba celebrated her new Honest Company collection with her daughters Honor, 9, and Haven, 5.

The 36-year-old actress and business woman collaborated with Emily Current and Meritt Elliot of the LA-based fashion brand The Great to introduce the Fall 2017 diaper collection at the event on Saturday (August 5) in East Hampton, New York. Also in attendance at the event were designer Rachel Zoe with her husband Rodger Berman and their sons Skyler, 6, and Kaius, 3, as well as model Molly Sims with her kids Scarlett, 2, and Brooks, 5.
