Sharon Stone has provided an update after she revealed that the dating app Bumble blocked her from using the service.

The 61-year-old actress previously revealed that the dating app closed her account after “some users reported that it couldn’t possibly be me.”

Now, Sharon says that Bumble didn’t restore her account… instead they erased it!

“.@bumble ERASED my account -they did not RESTORE it BTW 🙏🏻,” Sharon wrote on Twitter on New Year’s Eve (December 31).

Actor Simu Liu is shooting his shot with actress Sharon Stone!

The 30-year-old Marvel star – who will portray superhero Shang-Chi in the upcoming Marvel film Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings – actually responded to Sharon Stone‘s post about being blocked from using the app Bumble.

“I went on the @bumble dating sight and they closed my account. Some users reported that it couldn’t possibly be me! Hey @bumble, is being me exclusionary ? Don’t shut me out of the hive,” Sharon, 61, tweeted, and Simu replied back, “Hey, I don’t have bumble but uh… what are you doing like six months from now?”

It’s unclear why Simu needs to wait six months, but perhaps he’s busy filming his Marvel flick, which will hit theaters on February 12, 2021.

Fans quickly began responding to Simu praising him for shooting his shot with the legendary actress.

Sharon Stone is delivering a powerful message at the 2019 GQ Men of the Year Awards.

While being honored with the Woman of the Year Award, the 61-year-old actress took to the stage at the event on Thursday (November 7) at the Komische Oper in Berlin, Germany to recreate her iconic Basic Instinct scene.

“Some years ago I was sitting on a soundstage, and my director said, ‘Can you hand me your underpants, because we’re seeing them in the scene and you shouldn’t have underpants on, but we won’t see anything,” Sharon recalled. “And I said, ‘Sure.’ I didn’t know this moment would change my life.”

“We have every right to be powerful in whatever form of sexuality we choose to have, and no one is allowed to take that away from you,” Sharon continued. “So I want to say thank you for choosing me to be Woman of the Year, because there was a time when all I was was a joke.”

Also during the awards event, Billy Porter received an award in the Style category while Lewis Hamilton was honored with the Creativity & Design award.

Sharon Stone is suing Chanel West Coast.

According to the lawsuit obtained by Hollywood Reporter, the 61-year-old actress is suing the 31-year-old rapper and Ridiculousness star over her 2018 song “Sharon Stoned.”

In the suit, Sharon says Chanel is trying to profit off of the actress’ “extraordinary level of popularity and fame” and is suing Chanel for using her name “for commercial purposes without her consent.”

“The song gratuitously and repeatedly uses the name ‘Sharon Stone’ in its lyrics,’” the lawsuit states. “More than one-quarter of the song’s length (a full one minute and twelve seconds of the song) consists of nothing more than defendant Dudley repeatedly saying the name ‘Sharon Stone’ in mantra-like repetition.”

Along with the song, Chanel also dropped a music video where she recreates Sharon‘s interrogation scene from Basic Instinct as well as moments from Casino.

“The video incorporates the infringing song in its entirety, with defendant repeating Sharon Stone’s name dozens of times throughout,” the lawsuit continued. “The video is also purposely designed and shot to evoke Sharon Stone’s name, likeness, image, identity, and persona associated with her iconic movie roles.”

In response, Chanel told Rolling Stone that she was “surprised and disappointed” by the lawsuit before claiming that Sharon was fine with the song and music video.

“Sharon pulled out of participating in the music video the day of the shoot after months of conversations, in-person meetings with myself and the director, two dance rehearsals and even had her own ideas that she shared with myself and my team for the collaborative on the video,” Chanel shared. “I only had the best intentions to create something visually amazing that highlights Sharon Stone as well as myself and for that I have done nothing wrong.”

Sharon Stone is opening up about anti-aging for her new cover story for Allure‘s November 2019 issue, on newsstands October 29.

Here is what the 61-year-old actress had to share with the mag:

On her favorite age: “My 40s were so beautiful. I couldn’t work because women, once they got to be 40, were not given jobs in Hollywood. I was a mom with three beautiful little boys. I was recovering from a massive brain injury, and I was in custody court constantly over my oldest child. But there was something wonderful in that period of all those challenges. And even though no one wanted to date me — no one would want a woman that had little children — it was a period of reconciliation and change, and understanding myself. It was my period of the biggest change, but the period where I thought I was the most beautiful.”

On how she feels about her body now, at 61: “I like my body so much more…. I’m so grateful to my body. When I was younger, everybody was telling me what was wrong with my body — too this, too that. When I got on Basic Instinct, they hired a makeup artist that put on pounds of makeup every day, and every day I went to my trailer and took the makeup off. But I wasn’t allowed to choose my makeup artist, nor was my name [above the title] on the poster.”

On enjoying her fame: “I was very lucky. So many of the women who had been famous before me were so good to me. Faye [Dunaway] and Shirley MacLaine — they told me it won’t last forever, enjoy every minute of it.”
