On Tuesday (June 1), the 54-year-old director revealed that she got a new tattoo in honor of her husband Aaron Taylor-Johnson.

Husband and wife duo Aaron and Sam Taylor-Johnson have a new movie in the works!

The 54-year-old Fifty Shades of Grey director will be directing the upcoming movie Rothko, which the 30-year-old Golden Globe-winning actor will be appearing in, Deadline reports.

Here’s the synopsis: “Adapted from the book The Legacy Of Mark Rothko by Lee Seldes, the screenplay by Lara Wood focuses on the true story of the ‘Rothko case’, the protracted legal dispute between Kate Rothko and the painter’s estate executors and the directors of his gallery, Marlborough Fine Art. The revelations in the case of greed, abuses of power and conspiracy in the art world shocked many.”

Rising actress Aisling Franciosi will be playing Kate, while Russell Crowe will be playing her dad Mark.

Aaron, Michael Stuhlbarg, and Jared Harris will all also be appearing in the movie in undisclosed roles.

This will be the third movie Aaron and Sam have worked on together. They first met on set of the 2009 movie Nowhere Boy then worked together on 2018′s A Million Little Pieces.

Aaron recently started production on this star-studded, highly-anticipated action flick!

The 30-year-old actor went barefoot while walking home from the beach with Sam, 53, and their pet pooches.

Aaron has been keeping a low profile this year, spending most of his time at home with Sam and their kids, plus having plenty of fun in the sun at the beach. See the photos of him going shirtless last month while hanging out with a former Baywatch star in Malibu.

The new movie Tenet is now in theaters and Aaron is part of the star-studded ensemble cast. The film is not performing as well as Warner Bros. had hoped it would amid the pandemic and it’s expected to cross $40 million at the box office in its fourth weekend.

One of Aaron‘s fellow Marvel actors was seen going barefoot while in public this week too!

Aaron Taylor-Johnson puts his ripped abs on display while going shirtless at the beach on Thursday (August 13) in Malibu, Calif.

The 30-year-old actor was joined at the beach by his wife, director Sam Taylor-Johnson, and some other friends.

One of Aaron‘s upcoming movies will be one of the first new films to hit theaters amid the reopening of movie theaters and fans are so looking forward to seeing it.

Aaron and Sam celebrated their eighth wedding anniversary earlier this summer. They’ve been together for a decade and are the parents of two daughters – Wylda, 9, and Romy, 8.

The 30-year-old Tenet star was spotted shirtless going for a walk at the beach with Nowhere Boy director wife Sam on Saturday (August 8) in Malibu, Calif.

A few weeks before, Aaron was seen going for a surfing session with his family as well.

His highly anticipated Christopher Nolan movie Tenet will be hitting theaters in the United States on September 3, but only select cities will get to see the movie.

The movie was supposed to hit theaters on July 17, but the coronavirus pandemic has caused the release to be delayed. Now, only cities that allow movie theaters to reopen will be playing the film. Click here to find out more about the release plans…

Sam Taylor-Johnson is celebrating eight years of wedded bliss with husband Aaron-Taylor Johnson!

The 53-year-old Fifty Shades of Grey director took to Instagram on Sunday (June 21) to celebrate her eighth wedding anniversary to the 30-year-old Nocturnal Animals actor.

“8 years later. Happy anniversary ❤️ #aarontaylorjohnson ❤️” Sam wrote along with a photo of she and Aaron at the beach.

A few moments earlier, Sam shared a photo of Aaron lounging out on a deck along with a sweet message in honor of Father’s Day.

“Happy Father’s Day ❤️ #aarontaylorjohnson 🔥” Aaron wrote.

Sam and Aaron married back in June 2012. They share two daughters together – Wylda, 9, and Romy, 8.

Saturday’s outing marks one of the first times the low key couple has been spotted out in a while.

The last time we have photographs of Aaron and Sam was during a date night back in January.
