Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck were spotted house hunting in Los Angeles this week and we have photos from inside the $64.95 million house they reportedly checked out!

The house is located on South Mapleton Drive in the upscale Holmby Hills neighborhood. The mansion features 31,450 square feet of living space with eight bedrooms and 12 bathrooms.

Dirt.com reports that the home was last sold in 2014 for $44 million and the current owner has reportedly been trying to sell it since 2018. The price has gone down from the initial asking price of $70 million.

Rihanna is looking for a renter for her Beverly Hills mansion, but you’re going to need a lot of money to call it your home!

The 33-year-old entertainer is asking $80,000 a month for her home, which is located near the homes of stars like Paul McCartney. The home next door also happens to be owned by Rihanna.

The home has 7,628 square feet of living space with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. She purchased it last year for $13.8 million. The house features a giant black bull sculpture, an open-air central courtyard with an al fresco terrace, pool, spa, and firepit.

The mansion was previously owned by I Dream of Jeannie creator Sidney Sheldon‘s daughter Mary.

Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones are saying goodbye to their New York City apartment!

The longtime couple has listed their incredible Upper West Side home for $21.5 million. The apartment features four bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and a separate staff suite. The home has about 5,000 square feet of living space and views of Central Perk.

Dirt.com notes that the apartment comes with monthly common charges of $21,000 per month. That’s more than a lot of people pay for rent in an entire year!

The apartment features “lots of entertaining space, high ceilings, wood-burning fireplaces, mahogany pocket doors and large rooms,” according to the New York Post.

The Douglas-Zeta-Jones family now calls Westchester, New York their home.

Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner are now the owners of a $24 million mansion on one of the most exclusive islands in Florida.

According to The Real Deal, the couple have purchased the home at 36 Indian Creek Island Road, just months after they were rumored to have bought a different home on the island.

Indian Creek, “a gated, guarded island north of Miami Beach, is home to a number of billionaires and celebrities,” according to the site.

The home that Ivanka and Jared purchased is located on 1.3 acres of land, which include the estate, a reflecting pool in front, a resort-style pool in the back, and a large dock. The home has six bedrooms and 8,510-square-feet of living space.

The news of Ivanka‘s new home comes just weeks after a huge report emerged that revealed details about her allegedly strained relationship with her father, former President Donald Trump.

Dirt.com reports that Pink and her longtime husband Carey Hart recently paid $13.7 million for an oceanfront home that used to be owned by Barry Manilow.

The house’s value has gone up significantly over the years and just last year, the house was sold for around $8.7 million. The person who flipped the house just made a huge profit thanks to Pink‘s purchase!

The home features 4,320 square feet of living space with five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The house includes a two-car garage with upstairs guest quarters and the main house cannot be seen from the street.
