Is Quavo taking shots at his ex, Saweetie? Some people on social media seem to think so.

An unreleased Migos track surfaced on social media following the news of the couple’s split this month, and one lyric in particular is getting a lot of attention from fans right now.

“Young n–a burnt out, burnt out / 12 pulling up so we burned out / Sweet little bitch now she turnt out,” Quavo raps in a snippet of the song.

Some felt that the line “sweet little bitch” was a subliminal Saweetie diss, although it’s unclear when this song was recorded.

In a statement on Twitter last week, Saweetie announced that she was single and seemingly claimed that ex Quavo was unfaithful and gave away his intimacy “to other women.”

“I’m single. I’ve endured too much betrayal and hurt behind the scenes for a false narrative to be circulating that degrades my character. Presents don’t band aid scars and the love isn’t real when the intimacy is given to other women,” she said. Find out what else she tweeted.

Saweetie and Quavo have split.

The 27-year-old “Best Friend” hit-maker and the 29-year-old Migos superstar parted ways after nearly three years of dating, Saweetie confirmed on social media on Friday (March 19).

The news comes as fans discovered earlier in the week that the two unfollowed each other on Instagram.

Saweetie confirmed that the two were dating on The Real back in 2018, and made their relationship Instagram official the next year.

In a statement on Twitter on Friday (March 17), Saweetie seemingly claimed that Quavo gave away his intimacy “to other women.”

“I’m single. I’ve endured too much betrayal and hurt behind the scenes for a false narrative to be circulating that degrades my character. Presents don’t band aid scars and the love isn’t real when the intimacy is given to other women,” Saweetie said.

“I emotionally checked out a long time ago and have walked away with a deep sense of peace and freedom. Excited for this new chapter of elevation,” she continued.

All of these celeb couples also split in 2021.

The 27-year-old singer was the headliner for the event, which aired on Saturday night (March 13) and was taped at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, Calif.

Justin pre-taped his performance earlier in the week and we have all the pics from the outdoor moments. He kicked off the night indoors with a performance of “Intentions” with Quavo. At the end of the song, the guys jumped into the pool of slime and kicked the green goo around!

Quavo is set to make his feature film debut in Wash Me In The River alongside Robert De Niro, and in a new interview, had nothing but great things to say about the actor.

Speaking with Billboard, the Migos rapper shared that their first meeting was very chill.

“I said what’s up to him. I told him I said a line in one of my new songs about the trip I just took, and he was just like, ‘For real. M-I-G-O-S, right?’,” Quavo says.

He continued, “I was like, ‘Yeah, he’s finna go home and look me up.’ It was too hard. I couldn’t wait to tell my Mom dukes that I’m gonna be on the screen and kicked it with him. He’s a nice dude.”

Quavo also opened up about his character, who he says is a “ruthless gangster, ruthless killer named Coyote.”

“It’s just an honor to be on the screen with Robert De Niro, Jack Huston and John Malkovich,” he adds. “I’m just blessed and I can’t wait for y’all to see it. It’s a very action-packed movie. I had fun doing it. I stayed in Puerto Rico shooting for a whole month grinding. There was some long film days. Them film days are different. It’s like you’re shooting a video all day.”

Quavo is heading to the big screen!

The 29-year-old Migos rapper will be making his movie debut in the upcoming movie Wash Me in the River, Variety reports.

The film focuses “on a recovering opioid addict who seeks revenge on the dealer (Coyote) responsible for selling the drugs that resulted in his lover’s death.”

Quavo will be playing Coyote, who is described as a “ruthless and heartless drug lord.”

Quavo will be starring in the film directed by Randall Emmett alongside Robert De Niro, John Malkovich, Machine Gun Kelly, and Jack Huston.

“I honestly think this movie is going to be one of the greatest to come of this time,” Quavo said in a statement. “The experience was unbelievable for me, with Robert De Niro and Jack Huston being so down to earth and making me feel like family. Gonna see me doing some stunts and a lot of what you hear from me in my raps! This is one of my biggest debuts I’ve ever had, and so proud of what we did and to get to work with Randall who’s such an amazing guy — I can’t wait to do more films with him.”

While this is the first movie Quavo will be appearing in, he has appeared in several TV shows including Narcos: Mexico, Atlanta, and black-ish.

Quavo is going all out for Christmas this year for Saweetie, and gifted her a Bentley!

The Migos member revealed the luxurious gift with a video on social media and the surprise to Saweetie was big, as she jumped up and down after the reveal.

The Bentley vehicle is a drop top with an icy blue color and the custom vehicle also features her “Icy” moniker on it. On top of the gift was of course a giant red bow.

“Quavious Marshall the f***in GOAT!!!” Saweetie tweeted after receiving the gift. “I love you, baby !!!!!!!!”

This isn’t the first time Quavo has went all out with his gifts for Saweetie.

Earlier this year, there was quite an uproar over her receiving an iconic Birkin Bag from Hermes after the success of her song, “Back To The Streets”.

“If he not getting you a Birkin, if he not paying for your bills, then throw that n—a back to the streets, OK?” she told her followers during an Instagram Live.

Saweetie is sparking controversy and debate.

The 26-year-old “My Type” rapper made an appearance on boyfriend Quavo‘s Instagram Story, where she made some comments that caused some backlash and conversation on social media.

At one point during the Live, she said: “if he not getting you a Birkin, if he not paying for your bills, then throw that n–a to the streets, okay?” she says in the clip that has since gone viral.

Many people have weighed in, including Ellen star Kalen Allen, who wrote: “I want a man to buy my some love, loyalty, and consistency! I’ll buy my own Birkin!”

“But can YOU buy YOU a Birkin? Can YOU afford the lifestyle you are trying to live? Are you looking for a sponsor or a partner?…” one popular reaction reads.

“And if you can’t afford a birkin just take her to home goods, or target and tell her go crazy! Really wanna pop it take her grocery shopping and tell her get enough for 2,” another commenter amusingly said.
