The debut trailer for Outer Banks‘ second season is finally here and it teases so much to come!

Outer Banks is a coming of age story that follows a tight-knit group of local teens (the “Pogues”) in the beach vacation destination of the Outer Banks of North Carolina. After their near-death escape, Season Two finds John B & Sarah on the run – and in over their heads – in the Bahamas. New friends also bring new foes as they’re back on the trail of the gold, while the stakes for Kiara, Pope, and JJ rapidly escalate at home. The $400M is still in the game, but will the uncovering of a new-found secret reunite the group for a fresh mission? The adventure of a lifetime awaits, but uncharted waters ahead mean our Pogues must do all they can to make it out alive.

The cast of Outer Banks has arrived!

Chase Stokes, Rudy Pankow, Jonathan Daviss, Madelyn Cline, and Madison Bailey all reunited on the red carpet for the 2021 MTV Movie & TV Awards on Sunday night (May 16) at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles.

Walking the carpet together, the show is up for one award at tonight’s show – Best Kiss for Chase and Madelyn, who are also a couple in real life.

If you don’t know, Outer Banks is a coming of age story that follows a tight-knit group of local teens (the “Pogues”) in the beach vacation destination of the Outer Banks of North Carolina, who in season two, are on the run and in over their heads in the Bahamas.

FYI: Madelyn and Madison both wore Versace. Chase wore a Fendi look. Rudy wore Saint Laurent.

Netflix has released the first photos from the upcoming second season of the hit series Outer Banks!

The streaming service has also revealed when fans can expect the new episodes to premiere.

Outer Banks executive producers Jonas Pate, Josh Pate, and Shannon Burke said in a statement, “Season 2 is going to test our crew like never before. We’ve turned up the dial on everything fans loved about season one – more mystery, more romance and higher stakes. It’s a full throttle, action-packed adventure and these photos offer a glimpse into the next chapter for our Pogues. All we can say for now is buckle up, it’s going to be a wild ride.”

Chase Stokes and Madelyn Cline were spotted out in public for a rare date night!

The Outer Banks co-stars and real-life couple were spotted getting a late night dinner with Madelyn‘s family on Thursday night (May 7) at Catch LA in West Hollywood, Calif.

Chase, 28, and Madelyn, 23, confirmed they are dating back in June 2020 and fans are definitely loving that they’re together as their characters are also dating on the show.

Back in November, Madelyn opened up about the relationship during an interview and talking about being in “love” with Chase.

The second season of Outer Banks wrapped up last month and the new episodes are expected to debut on Netflix sometime later this year. The first season, which premiered in April 2020, is currently available on the streaming service.

Madelyn Cline is gushing about her boyfriend Chase Stokes!

During a new interview, the 22-year-old Outer Banks actress revealed that she and the 27-year-old actor are in love.

“It’s really cool. Love is tight,” Madelyn shared with Entertainment Tonight. “It’s cool to share this experience with your favorite people and also your favorite person…I feel very happy.”

After tons of speculation from fans, Madelyn and Chase officially confirmed that they were dating back in June.

“The show coming out was already a pretty big life change, and we were also just starting the whole quarantine process, and that’s a huge life change, and going through a global pandemic,” Madelyn said while explaining why they waited to confirm their relationship. “I think we were just wanting to kind of give it some time and enjoy it while it’s new and fresh and just kind of keep that to ourselves.”

Several weeks later, Madelyn revealed that she and Chase were quarantining together.

Netflix has announced that the new series Outer Banks has been renewed for a second season!

Chase Stokes, Madelyn Cline, Madison Bailey, Jonathan Daviss, Rudy Pankow, and more filmed a cute video to announce the exciting news on Friday (July 24).

Outer Banks showrunner Jonas Pates has said that he envisions the show going for at least four or five seasons, so fans hopefully will have this series around for a while.

“There will definitely be some new mysteries and some new ideas,” he said (via People). “It all comes off the same spine of the same story, but it branches out in ways that hopefully the audience won’t see coming.”

There are a bunch of other Netflix series that have received renewals throughout the past six months!
