'Elvis' Stars Austin Butler & Olivia DeJonge Attend GQ Men of the Year Awards 2019 in Australia

The Elvis movie co-stars coordinated in black outfits as they were joined at the event by director Baz Luhrmann.

Austin and Olivia will be playing Elvis Presley and wife Priscilla in an upcoming movie about the life of the late King of Rock and Roll.

Tom Hanks also stars in the movie as Elvis’ manager, Colonel Tom Parker.

Olivia DeJonge to Play Priscilla Presley in Elvis Movie

Olivia DeJonge has landed the coveted role of Priscilla Presley in the upcoming Elvis movie to be directed by Baz Luhrmann.

Austin Butler is set to play the late rock star and Tom Hanks will play his manager, Colonel Tom Parker.

Olivia is best known for her work on the Netflix series The Society.

Olivia is capable of manifesting the complex depth and presence that has made Priscilla Presley an icon in her own right. She’s an extremely talented young actor and the perfect counterpoint to Austin’s Elvis,” Baz told Deadline in a statement.

Baz‘s movie “covers the seminal legend’s growth from dirt poor singer to global icon, seen through the prism of his complex relationship over two decades with manager Colonel Tom Parker.”

The official trailer for the upcoming Netflix series The Society has been released!

The new show will feature 10 hour-long episodes that debut on May 10. The series follows a group of teenagers who are mysteriously transported to a facsimile of their wealthy New England town without any trace of their parents. Their newfound freedom will be fun… but it will also be very dangerous. As they struggle to figure out what has happened to them and how to get home, they must establish order and form alliances if they want to survive.

The cast of young stars includes Rachel Keller, Kathryn Newton, Alex Fitzalan, Kristine Froseth, Jacques Colimon, Sean Berdy, Toby Wallace, Gideon Adlon, Olivia DeJonge, Alex MacNicoll, Natasha Liu Bordizzo, Jose Julian, Salena Qureshi, Jack Mulhern, and Grace Victoria Cox.

Netflix is giving a first look at The Society!

The upcoming series, due out in May of 2019, follows a group of teenagers who are mysteriously transported to a facsimile of their wealthy New England town without any trace of their parents. Their newfound freedom will be fun…but it will also be very dangerous. As they struggle to figure out what has happened to them and how to get home, they must establish order and form alliances if they want to survive.

The first season will consist of ten one-hour episodes, which were filmed outside of Boston, Mass.

The cast includes Rachel Keller, Kathryn Newton, Alex Fitzalan, Kristine Froseth, Jacques Colimon, Sean Berdy, Toby Wallace, Gideon Adlon, Olivia DeJonge, Alex MacNicoll, Natasha Liu Bordizzo, Jose Julian, Salena Qureshi, Jack Mulhern and Grace Victoria Cox.

Brenton Thwaites Joins Heath Ledger's Family At Australians In Film Scholarship Dinner 2017!

Brenton Thwaites is dapper in a blue suit while hitting the red carpet at the 2017 Australians In Film Heath Ledger Scholarship Dinner held at the Sunset Marquis Hotel on Thursday (June 1) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 27-year-old Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales star was joined by Cody Simpson, Patti Cake$ star Danielle Macdonald, Odessa Young, Nikolai Nikolaeff, Ben O’Toole and Olivia DeJonge at the scholarship dinner honouring the late actor.
