Melissa McCarthy is showing her love for Mariska Hargitay.

In a now viral video, the 50-year-old Bridesmaids star was seen holding a sign above her head that read: “Honk if you’re PRAYING for Mariska Hargitay’s recovery.”

Mariska has had a string of injuries lately, including breaking her knee and then her ankle.

“If you can’t produce quality care for your friend after ankle surgery, the next best this is obviously standing outside Wienerschnitzel with a sign @therealmariskahargitay ❤️💥,” Melissa captioned her video she shared with fans.

After seeing the video, Mariska replied in the comments: “I LOVE YOU! CAN YOU HEAR ME??”

She also reposted the video to her own Instagram, writing in the caption, “Above and beyond. Honk if you’re blown away by @melissamccarthy’s heart and humor. Might be worth breaking my ankle for. #PrayingSheGotMeATakeOutSchnitzel. #WomenSupportingWomen.”

A screening of Black Widow took place in the Hamptons over the long holiday weekend and so many stars were in attendance. Unfortunately, Mariska Hargitay, who was hosting an after party at her home after the screening, reportedly slipped and fell as she was exiting!

David Harbour steps out in a sharp suit for a special screening of his new movie, Black Widow, hosted by The Cinema Society & Synchrony in East Hampton, New York, on Friday (July 2).

The 46-year-old actor welcomed many stars for the screening including Mariska Hargitay, Ellen Pompeo and Drew Barrymore.

Other guests at the special event just before the holiday weekend included Mariska’s husband, Peter Hermann, Ellen’s husband Chris Ivery and daughter Stella, Brooke Shields and husband Chris Henchy, Gayle King, Zachary Quinto, and Christie Brinkley and her daughter Alexa Ray Joel.

Jon Leguizamo, Stephanie March, Kyle MacLachlan, Maye Musk, Wendi Murdoch, Donna Karan, Cynthia Nixon and Christine Marinoni, Shawn Levy, Laurie Anderson, and Kathryn Gallagher were also spotted at the event.

Christopher Meloni is opening up about what fans are most looking forward to in his return to Law & Order – Elliot Stabler and Olivia Benson’s reunion.

However, what he has to say isn’t the happiest news.

During an interview TV Line to promote Law & Order: Organized Crime and the crossover event with SVU, Christopher revealed that Stabler and his former partner will have a difficult time reconnecting.

“Well, this is what I think about that: No one’s going to be satisfied,” he shared. “I mean, it’s such a long time. It is so many unanswered questions.”

Christopher went on, adding that there’s “such a great sense of abandonment and betrayal and a what-the-f**ed-ness of it all, that, you know, that wound is, you know, not going to…get its dressings all, you know, squared away. You know, it’s going to be a process, right?”

You can see the first teaser that NBC dropped which reveals the shock for Olivia of his return.

Elsewhere in the interview, Christopher reveals that his return comes with a bit of weight for fans and he knows it.

“It’s such a unique experience I’m living, which is a sense of welcoming and love and just, ‘Welcome back’ and ‘We’ve missed you.’ It feels very sweet. And I’m just going, man, not too many people get this,” he shared. “It’s not lost on me.”

NBC released the teaser for their upcoming Law & Order crossover event, which will lead to the premiere of Christopher Meloni‘s spinoff series Law & Order: Organized Crime.

In the teaser for the SVU-Organized Crime crossover episode airing on April 1, Mariska Hargitay‘s Olivia arrives to a crime where she hears “Liv!” yelled in the distance. Olivia then turns around and whispers with relief, “Elliot.”

Mariska and Chris starred together on Law & Order: SVU for 12 seasons from 1999 to 2011 when he decided to leave the show.

Last year, it was announced that Chris would be reprising his role for the Law & Order: Organized Crime spinoff series.

The Law & Order crossover event begins on Thursday, April 1 with SVU airing first at 9/8c before Organized Crime officially premieres at 10/9c.

The former Law & Order: SVU co-stars were seen shooting for Christopher‘s upcoming spin-off series Law & Order: Organized Crime, in which he’ll reprise his role as Elliot Stabler.

The new series will premiere on NBC on April 1. Christopher‘s Elliot will reunite with Olivia Benson in a crossover event on SVU, which will air at 9/8c, before the new spinoff airing at 10/9c.

Organized Crime will focus on the detective as he’s reeling from a “personal loss” and rejoins the NYPD to lead an elite task force that will take on organized crime. There, he finds that the system and the city don’t look the same as they did in his decade-long absence, though, and “he must adapt to a criminal justice system in the midst of its own moment of reckoning.”
