Pregnant Christy Carlson Romano Joins Live-Action 'Kim Possible' Cast at L.A. Premiere!

Christy Carlson Romano poses for a photo with young actress Sadie Stanley at the premiere of their live-action Kim Possible movie on Tuesday (February 12) at the Television Academy in Los Angeles.

Sadie plays the title role in the new movie, a character who Christy originated in the Disney Channel animated series.

Christy is currently pregnant and expecting her second child with husband Brendan Rooney. She plays the role of Poppy Blu in the new Disney Channel Original Movie, which premieres this Friday.

Also stepping out for the premiere were co-stars Alyson Hannigan, Sean Giambrone, Ciara Riley Wilson, Isaac Ryan Brown, Taylor Ortega, Todd Stashwick, Connie Ray, Erika Tham, and Patrick Sabongui.

Christy Carlson Romano Joins Live-Action 'Kim Possible' Movie

Christy Carlson Romano will be making an appearance in the upcoming live-action Kim Possible movie!

Disney Channel is remaking the classic animated series as a live-action original movie.

Christy, who voiced the role of Kim Possible, and Patton Oswalt, who voiced the role of Professor Dementor in the hit series, have both joined the movie cast.

Sadie Stanley is playing the title role in the movie and the first look of her as the character was revealed earlier this summer. Make sure to check out the photo!

A live-action version of Kim Possible is in the works for an upcoming Disney Channel Original Movie and here is your first look at actress Sadie Stanley playing the title character!

The movie will debut on Disney Channel in 2019 and it’s based on the global-hit animated series about an everyday high school girl who, in her spare time, saves the world from villains.

Sean Giambrone will be playing Kim Possible’s loyal best friend Ron Stoppable and Alyson Hannigan is playing brain surgeon Dr. Ann Possible (AKA Mom Possible).

'Kim Possible' Live-Action Film Has Found Its Stars!

The live-action Kim Possible movie is officially in the works!

Disney just announced the two stars of the upcoming flick – Sadie Stanley and Sean Giambrone!

Sadie will be playing Kim and landed the role after her first-ever audition. Sean, who you may recognize from The Goldbergs, will be taking on the role of Ron.

The film will follow Kim, a typical high school girl who, in her spare time, saves the world from evil villains, her best friend Ron, his naked mole rat Rufus and tech genius Wade.

The script will be written by the series’ creators Mark McCorkle and Robert Schooley, who will also executive produce.

The movie is set to go into production this summer and will debut in 2019.

'Kim Possible' Live-Action Movie In the Works!

A live-action Kim Possible movie is in the works!

Disney announced the news today that they’re casting for the movie based on the popular show, which comes 16 years after the high school hero made her network debut.

If you need a refresher, Kim is a typical high school girl who, in her spare time, saves the world from evil villains, along with her best friend Ron, his naked mole rat Rufus and tech genius Wade.

The movie is being co-directed and co-produced by Adam B. Stein and Zach Lipovsky.

Christy Carlson Romano voiced the title character on the popular show, which debuted in 2002.
