Kelly Rowland is putting her incredible body on display in the new “Coffee” music video!

It has been a while since the 39-year-old singer has released new music. Her last solo album came out in 2013.

“I want to celebrate the women in video—every shade, every coffee color, every curve, every essence and what they gave me,” Kelly told Essence about the video, which was directed by Steven Gomillion. “My intention I set for the video was to take the light in yourself and your sexuality [and put it in] a God perspective, in a way where you don’t have to get any approval from anybody else.”

“Sometimes when women stand in our own sexuality, without approval from any external source, I think that there comes a different perspective, a different outlook, a different feeling, and usually we don’t even realize we’re doing it, but I think society has kind of made it that way, especially with the Black woman,” she added.

Kelly Rowland adds a cool pop of red to her look for the premiere of Bad Hair during 2020 Sundance Film Festival at The Ray on Thursday night (January 23) in Park City, Utah.

The 38-year-old singer and actress stars in the new film opposite James Van Der Beek, Michelle Hurd, Jay Pharoah, Elle Lorraine, Ashley Blaine and more for the event, which shines a light on black hair.

During an interview with Variety, Kelly opened up about a moment she shared with her son, Titan, that relates to the flick.

“I come downstairs and my son’s like, ‘Mommy, I really love your hair.’ And I said, ‘Thank you baby.’ And it was just interesting… because I think it was his first time seeing me receive like, you know, my natural hair.”

She added, “It’s beautiful and it looks effortless and that’s what we wanted… It made it look easy, and I think that for so long we were told as black women, ‘Well, I don’t know what to do with that,’ or ‘This is hard.’ It’s always a scrunched face or a complaint when it comes to taking care of our natural hair and this was a new easy solution.”

Bad Hair centers on an ambitious young woman, who in 1989, gets a weave in order to succeed in the image-obsessed world of music television. However, her flourishing career may come at a great cost when she realizes that her new hair may have a mind of its own.

A family affair!

Jessica Alba was joined by her adorable family while hosting the 2019 Baby2Baby Holiday Party presented By FRAME and Uber at the Montage Beverly Hills on Sunday (December 15) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Jessica happily posed for a family photograph with her children Honor, Hayes and Haven, as well as her hubby Cash Warren at the holiday event.

Baby2Baby is a charity organization dedicated to providing impoverished children from the ages of 0 to 12 years with clothing, diapers and other basic necessities. Jessica Alba is on the organization’s Board of Directors alongside Busy Philipps and Kelly Rowland, who both were also in attendance at the holiday bash.

Beyonce‘s father Mathew Knowles is making some serious allegations.

The father of the Lemonade superstar spoke out in an interview with Vlad TV to promote his latest book.

In the interview, Mathew claimed that both Beyonce and fellow Destiny’s Child member Kelly Rowland were victims of sexual harassment by two members of the group Jagged Edge, which took place allegedly while the two acts were on tour in the early 2000s.

“Now, remember the girls are minors. They’re 16-years-old. The guys are 21, 22-years-old. I have a fiduciary duty with minors, by the law, there’s a certain way I have to manage that,” he said.

“I got a call from Kelly and Beyoncé, and I talk about this in the book in detail, saying that they were constantly being harassed by two of the members of Jagged Edge. I couldn’t have that. I literally had to put the guys off the bus in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. That began all of this drama,” he went on to explain.

When asked how a father dealt with men trying to sleep with his daughter, he said: “We won’t talk about that on camera.”

The superstar acts were all in attendance to perform and partake in the massive 2019 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade on Thursday (November 28) in New York City.

Kelly Rowland is getting into the holiday spirit!

The 38-year-old singer dropped her new song “Love You More At Christmastime,” just in time to get ready for the festive season.

The song is a part of Kelly‘s upcoming movie Merry Liddle Christmas.

“Spreading love and happiness with new music from my movie #MerryLiddleChristmas!…The love is pouring in! So glad you guys are enjoying the new track! ❤️💎🎄,” Kelly wrote on her Twitter.

Merry Liddle Christmas is set to premiere on Lifetime on November 30th.
